Recently refurbished and extended three-bedroom villa. Two double bedrooms, one with large ensuite, and one twin bedroom. Family bathroom with four-piece suite and shower. Fully fitted modern kitchen, fully equipped with appliances, dining area to seat six people, and a lounge with TV, DVD, Digi Box, and Hi-Fi system. There is hot and cold air conditioning. Mosquito nets are fitted to most windows. Linen and towels are provided, but towels for sunbathing/swimming are not. Outside there are large private gardens with an 8m x 4m swimming pool, and a pool shower. There is a barbecue incorporating a serving/eating area. The garden is family friendly being completely fenced in. The south facing sun terraces and naya, with sunbeds and patio furniture, make for a peaceful and leisurely holiday break. There are fabulous views to the front and rear. The drive will easily accommodate two cars and has double gates for added privacy and security.

The property is a traditional but recently renovated 3 bedroom villa, situated in the peaceful Valle del Sol area of Javea. Overlooking the Cumbre del Sol, the villa is located in a tranquil environment. It remains, however, conveniently close to The Arenal, the main beach area. This has numerous bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets, and is just 5 minutes away by car. The villa is on one level, overlooking a large garden with a private pool, and private back garden. With the provision of sunbeds, patio furniture and pool lilos, it provides an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday. The villa comprises 3 bedrooms: two double and one twin. The master bedroom has an en-suite comprising of shower, toilet, twin vanity basins, and a bidet. A family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin serves the other bedrooms. The villa is equipped with hot and cold air-conditioning and most of the windows have mosquito nets fitted.
