CASA BACH is a great central location, 7 bedroom villa, with stunning views, great for large family groups or a large group of friends. Villa Bach is furnished comfortably for 14 people. The villa has every thing you could need for a relaxing holiday, there are bars, restaurants and a beach, tennis club, supermarket all within walking distance from the villa. Just a short 5 minutes drive takes you to more night life, bars and clubs and beaches on the Arenal in Javea. The villa has a large 10x5 pool and a table tennis table for both adults and children with ample sun chairs around the pool for relaxing. Casa Bach has 2 good size modern kitchens and 2 lounge areas with 2 satellite TVs. video and CD player. 4 double bedrooms and 3 twin rooms with the option of an extra single bed if required. The villa can comfortably sleep 15 people, you need to book early with this villa.

Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches & dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted environmentally near perfect by the World Health Organisation & boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal. Old Town: This is the ancient town centre steeped in medieval history which has largely been preserved throughout the centuries. Here you can wander through the maze of narrow streets & small plazas. The Gothic fortified church of San Bartolome dominates the centre of the town. This building dates back to the 15th century, half religious half military. At the side of the church is a beautiful Neo Gothic building which houses the indoor market where you can buy local fresh produce daily. The colourful outdoor market takes place every Thursday.

A lovely roomy villa set in a quiet residential area of Javea. The villa has magnificent views of Montgo Mountain and the bay of Javea. It is located close to Restaurants, Supermarkets and Tennis courts. There are ample terraces some covered with sun lounger’s and seating for outside dining and relaxing. The villa is nicely furnished and comes with most modern conveniences including, microwaves, dishwasher, washing machine, central heating, and Sky TV. The garden is screened with walls and hedges for privacy. There is a 10mtr by 5mtr pool and BBQ area. The garden has many fruit trees including oranges. There is also a table tennis table in the garden. To the front of the property there is ample parking. There are rocky coves and beaches close by and the main sandy beach is approximately 5 minutes drive away. The port and old town of Javea are well worth a visit. There are 2 golf courses in the area & a massive theme park approximately 40 mins away also worth a visit is the water park.
