Luxury Family Villa with games room and 10 x 5 heated pool. Set in an exclusive, green and leafy area of Javea, this spacious and well-maintained villa has many features that give it that special appeal - accessed by electronic gates. Most importantly, children are welcome and well catered for, with the lovely swimming pool, tiled surrounds and lawn plus outside play area all on the same level. There is a well-equipped games room downstairs to complete their fun and enjoyment. The open courtyard and naya (covered terrace) are the hub of the villa - and perfect for summer living. Double doors lead from here to the living room and, for convenient access from the barbecue and pool, another door leads to the kitchen and upper level bedrooms and bathrooms. 2 supermarkets are just a short distance away by car, and the Arenal is about 2.0 km (5 minutes by car), with a large, safe, sandy beach, shops, bars and restaurants, and an excellent atmosphere.

Javea, declared by the WHO to be 'environmentally near perfect' is the finest resort on the Costa Blanca. Midway between Alicante and Valencia, it is pleasantly developed without the high-rise hotels. Situated at the far point of land which looks eastward over the Mediterranean Sea, Javea is both a working port and a tourist haven, where people from all over northern Europe come both to live permanently, and also to spend a few weeks of each year, soaking up the unique atmosphere and culture that is Javea. With the Montgo mountain to the west, and the Mediterranean Sea to the east, Javea is comprised of three distinctive areas; the Casco Urbano (urban centre), the Port and the Arenal. The Casco Urbano contains much of the history of Javea including San Bartolome Church, part of which dates back to 1244 when King Jaime defeated the Moors there. San Bartolome Church is constructed from Javea's local building material, tosca stone, which was extracted from the sea.

Additional information about rental rates

  • An additional security deposit of £250 is payable to cover the loss of villa keys, breakages etc. This will be returned in full within 10 working days after of the end of the rental period. Heating of pool will be an additional 105 Euros 70 UK pounds per week. (The pool is not heated between June - August)
  • All linen will be provided. Villa cleaned between lets. Weekly refresher clean and linen change during a 2 week holiday. Beach Towels and additional maid services can be provided at an additional cost.
  • Cleaning at start of holiday only. Additional cleaning can be provided at an additional cost.
    Change over days are flexible throughout the year , please enquire . SATURDAY to SATURDAY is NOT compulsory

In the Games room there is a pool table, exercise equipment, electronic darts board, board games, a TV with VCR for playing videos only .For the games enthusiast there is an X - Box that has a choice of over 30 games on its hard Disc. There is also a Karaoke machine. Outside there is a basketball net and table tennis . The swimming pool is heated at your request at an additional cost of 100 euros (£70)per week the maximum temp is 26 degrees. The pool is not heated from June - August. There is air-conditioning in the family bed room (2 singles & 1 double bed) All other bedrooms have fans. A gas BBQ is also outside (gas is not provided)

Layout of Villa: First floor level. Two double bedrooms, one ensuite, one twin bedroom and large family bathroom, lounge/dining room, kitchen. Outside naya with fridge & BBQ and 10 x 5m swimming pool.(pool not heated June - August) Well equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs. Lower level: Family bedroom (air-conditioned)with double bed and 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom. Games room with sofa bed. This room benefits from air-conditioning. All bedrooms are equipped with a fan and hairdryer. There are seating areas on both the front lower and upper terraces. Gas Central heating during winter rentals. Hot water only May - October

Javea: The charming town of Javea (or Xabia in Valenciano) lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the northern section of the Costa Blanca Bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, and sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgo, it is no wonder that the World Health Organization once selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity! With it's mild year-round temperatures, varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and extensive tourist facilities, Javea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village, and is truly the jewel in the crown of Spain's coastal communities. Javea Medieval sounds echo through the historic town centre that has largely been preserved over the centuries. White house fronts adorned with wrought-iron grilles and Gothic-style windows provide a noble touch to the labyrinth of streets and diminutive plazas.

Great Villa for Family reunion - Sidney family ,Ireland.Home from Home, we shall return Beard family. Fantastic facilities , the Morris family Sunnigdale.
