Exceptional villa in an exceptional location

Well where do I start!! Having holidayed in Javea several times before we were familiar with the area but had not stayed in this particular part. The villa location and setting is wonderful, positioned along a quiet road but in it's own tiny cul-de-sac. We enjoyed total privacy on the terrace (which is partly shaded and a godsend in August!) and the Pool was fantastic. The sun stayed on the terrace all day never needing to shift sunbeds around to catch those lovely warm rays.
The photos on this website does not do the villa justice and the garden has matured into a beautiful, serene area where my kids (and the grandparents) enjoyed playing bat & ball when not jumping in the pool.
The property layout is great with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on one side of lounge area and bedroom & ensuite on the other. The kitchen was modern and very well equiped. The beds were extremely comfortable (sometimes a point villa owners tend to overlook) with loads of wardrobe/storage space.
We took advantage of the music being piped outside by external speakers and enjoyed playing endless CDs whilst messing around in the pool.
We have stayed in many villas in France, Portugal and Spain and could normally find something a negative issue albeit the position, how well equipped, privacy etc but this villa is very difficult to fault and we are seriously contemplating booking again for next summer. Thanks Jackie and Steve for contributing significantly to our fantastic holiday this year - the property is a credit to you both.
