Our traditional Spanish villa is not on an urbanization, but is warm, welcoming, contemporary, modern and tastefully decorated with a large bright lounge/diner, fully fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite and a 9 x 5m private pool, shallow end 1m with Roman steps. Our villa is in a quite, rural location, almond groves on one side open land the other, nestled in among local Spanish residents, very quite and peaceful. All luxuries include: UK TV, all the terrestrial TV channels and Free Digital TV package, DVD, CD music that can be piped to the outside naya area and connection for an i-pod. Fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and with external gas BBQ. Lots of games and pool floats. The road that leads to our villa is not able to drive through - so only local traffic.

Javea is described as the Pearl of the Costa Blanca due to its many beaches and coves. there are also beaches where you can snorkel to see many fishes. There are horse riding centres, go-kart tracks, tennis courts and a number of golf courses. You can be as active or as lazy as you desire. Our villa is in a quite rural location, not on an urbanization but nestled in among local Spanish residents and Almond groves. Some of the people that have villas in our area include Terry Venables, Tony Robinson (Balldrick / Time Team) and Michael Schummacer's Mum - Yes his mum ! We are located in a very desirable area. The road that leads to our villa is not able to drive through so we only get local traffic. It is very peaceful and relaxing. Come and relax in the sun ! Ideal for children. All on one level. Few weeks left !

Local Managing Agents: In the town is the golf course of Javea, less than 10 minutes drive is the International course of La Sella, 18 holes of perfect golfing. Golfing on either course can be arranged, handicap certificates will be required. Our dependable local managing agents are a long established agents with over 15 years experience of local history who are also in partnership with Meon villas, their offices are in the old part of town and not working from the so called 'office at home'. Our people are very reliable and on hand at all times for any questions you may have.

Well where do I start!! Having holidayed in Javea several times before we were familiar with the area but had not stayed in this particular part. The villa location and setting is wonderful, positioned along a quiet road but in it's own tiny cul-de-sac. We enjoyed total privacy on the terrace (which is partly shaded and a godsend in August!) and the Pool was fantastic. The sun stayed on the terrace all day never needing to shift sunbeds around to catch those lovely warm rays.
The photos on this website does not do the villa justice and the garden has matured into a beautiful, serene area where my kids (and the grandparents) enjoyed playing bat & ball when not jumping in the pool.
The property layout is great with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on one side of lounge area and bedroom & ensuite on the other. The kitchen was modern and very well equiped. The beds were extremely comfortable (sometimes a point villa owners tend to overlook) with loads of wardrobe/storage space.
We took advantage of the music being piped outside by external speakers and enjoyed playing endless CDs whilst messing around in the pool.
We have stayed in many villas in France, Portugal and Spain and could normally find something a negative issue albeit the position, how well equipped, privacy etc but this villa is very difficult to fault and we are seriously contemplating booking again for next summer. Thanks Jackie and Steve for contributing significantly to our fantastic holiday this year - the property is a credit to you both.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
