Traditional Spanish villa completely renovated with HEATED POOL

Villa Rustica is a Traditional Spanish villa, completely renovated to a high standard, with all new electrics, plumbing, kitchen and bathrooms, central heating, a new Heated swimming pool and terraces, whilst retaining a very rustic charm, completed May 2005. All bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, breakfast room have wooden beamed ceilings. The pool is 9mx4.5m Heated and faces south with Roman steps at one end, large open and covered terraces with sunlonges and BBQ area. It is situated in Costa Nova, Javea, on the Costa Blanca Spain, in a secluded, peaceful area, only minutes from four close by beaches and coves, and is only 10 minutes from Javea Old Town and Port.

Javea set at the foot of Montgo mountain is a beautiful, peaceful town with three centres and free of high rise buildings. There is the sandy, Arenal Beach with palm trees, long promenade, bars, restaurants and shops. The waters here are very safe for families with the beach having a very gentle slope into the Mediterranean. The promenade is a great place for a stroll in the evenings to view the many market stalls set up by the traders. The port is another centre about 1km away and the other centre is the old town that has retained much of its old Spanish charm. It is full of narrow streets that are steeped in history. It has a closed food market open daily and every Thursday a large open market. The beach at the port is pebbly with a promenade which leads to the harbour. Again there are plenty of bars and restaurants. There is a fish market at the port that caters for the afternoon arrival of the fishing boats.
