Notes to the rental rates

  • A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the apartment and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. A security deposit of 200 pounds will be required with this final balance which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period. A Travel Cot can be hired for 10 pounds per week and a high chair for 5 pounds per week. Cot linen to be provided by yourselves. For bookings of more than one week a linen and towel change can be provided for 40.00 pounds per change, advance notice will be required. Linen and towels provided. Beach towels to be provided by yourselves.

In the landscaped gardens there is a south facing private 10 x 5 swimming pool and BBQ. It is fully installed with hot & cold air con. Long lets are available from October to April at special reduced rates and will be advised at the time of enquiry. More photographs of the villa can be provided if required. According to the World Health Organisation the climate in Javea is the best in Spain basking in an average of 325 sunny days per year. Javea & General Area

The Town of Javea has a reputation for being a wonderful, relaxing family holiday resort. It offers 3 unique areas - the Arenal sandy beach, bustling fishing port and historical town full of Spanish culture. All 3 areas offer a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. This part of coastal Spain has not been over developed and you will find no unsightly high-rise buildings. The countryside is surrounded by an abundance of orange and lemon groves, mountains and valleys. Many of the beaches and coves have blue flag status. Local leisure facilities include tennis, golf, water sports and horse riding. In particular by car, Javea Golf Club is five minutes, La Sella Golf 15 minutes, Moraira Golf 25 minutes and Oliva Nova Golf 45 minutes. On a daily basis there are weekly markets in many of the villages and towns offering a variety of stalls from fresh fruit/veg, olives, cheeses, meats, clothes, shoes, sunglasses, handbags, jewellery etc. Skillful bartering recommended!
