Javea:
Javea is a wonderful holiday experience and this friendly, upmarket Spanish holiday destination has a great deal to offer, from an unspoilt Mediterranean coastline to a magnificent mountain. The town is in three distinct areas known as the Port, the Pueblo (old town) and the Arenal beach. The Port has a pebble beach, a large Marina, fishing boats, boat trips, interesting shops and lots of pavement cafés. The old town has an historic church, cobbled streets, a colourful weekly Market, and a Museum. The Arenal beach offers seaside relaxation on a sun bed under a parasol by day and a lively, fun nightlife for all ages every evening.

Benidorm is just 40 minutes drive away and offers great entertainment. Aqualandia Water Park is a favourite with its amazing water slides. Mundomar next door has a Dolphin & Seal Show, parrots and animals and the new theme parks, Terra Mitica with its hair-raising rides and Terra Natura with animals and Water Park are a must. A day out at picturesque Guadalest village in the mountains should not be missed. For local sightseeing Moraira has a spectacular coastline, the Peñon de Ifach rock at Calpe is a fantastic sight. Denia town and Castle is worth a visit. From Denia Port take a boat or hydrofoil day trip to Ibiza. A shopping trip to Gata de Gorgos for handmade basket ware and ceramics is also a must. For a very special night out, Benidorm Palace offers Dinner, Dancing and a fantastic Show or try your luck at the Casino de Mediterraneo.
Golf & Sports:
For the Golf and Sports Enthusiast there are two golf courses nearby, Javea Golf Course (9-holes) and La Sella Golf Course (18-holes).Two Bowling Greens, Tennis Courts and various water sports including Scuba Diving and Jet-ski hire. Mountain Climbing and Walking is very popular in the mountains surrounding Javea, especially out of season when the weather is cooler. Football, Netball and Bowls teams visit regularly to challenge local teams.
