This comfortable, airy and modernised private Villa is located in a quiet residential area of Toscal. 2 large double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms plus 2 large twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. A full family bathroom. Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher microwave, cooker and hob, fridge/ freezer. Comfortable Lounge with cable TV, Radio/ CD and DVD Player. Ceiling fan. Naya/ dining room leading onto very private swimming pool, terrace and enclosed gardens. Outside there is a brick-built barbecue, terraces, table, chairs and sun loungers. The villa is within 10 minutes walk to supermarket, tennis courts and restaurant. It is also within 5 minutes drive to Arenal Beach with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Hot and cold air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms.

Javea is split into 3 parts. THE ARENAL: This area is best known for its large sandy beach with 'Blue Flag' waters. Palm trees line the beach providing natural shade for those hot summer days when you need a break from the sun! There are several activities along the beach including children play equipment and volley ball nets. Pedalo and canoe hire, along with jet ski and boat hire. A bustling night life with plenty of choice in bars, restaurants and night clubs along with a selection of good shops. THE PORT: A traditional fishing community with the harbour stacked with fishing boats and luxury yachts. Waterfront restaurants and bars provide a relaxing afternoon and evening. THE OLD TOWN: The heart of Javea providing a very traditional Spanish atmosphere. Completely unspoiled with plenty of character. Lots of attractions through out the summer months with carnivals and fireworks. A busy Market with everything from clothes to tasty fresh fruit and vegetables is held every Thursday.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to rental start date together with a refundable deposit against damage and excess cleaning of £200.00. The owner requests a strictly non smoking policy. There is an extra charge for the use of the air conditioning. NB: Booking Deposits can be paid either by UK cheque ( in sterling) or by bank transfer to Spain. Final balance to be paid by bank transfer to Spain, including any bank charges.

  • The master bedroom is situated upstairs and is a lovely large room with high ceiling beams and ceiling fan. Built-in wardrobes and there are french doors opening onto a very private sun terrace. There is also an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a recent addition with built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan and an en-suite shower room. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. All 4 bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning.

Out & about in Javea: Javea is an historic, maritime town situated at the foot of the impressive Montgo (2470 feet). Festivals are held here throughout the year with parades, public dancing, bulls, bonfires and fireworks. The 'Three Kings' is on 6/7th January when Caspar, Melchior & Balthazer arrive by boat and parade through The Port on horseback, their assistants bearing sweets for the children. The largest and most spectacular Moors and Christians Festival is at the end of July. Javea is surrounded by many towns and villages worth visiting, Moraira and Denia are both a short 10 minutes drive, both worth visiting. We have a large airey shopping centre just 20 minutes drive in Ondara, a large choice of shops, restaurants, bowling & cinema. Benidorm is approximately 30 minutes drive with large shopping mall, Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park next door to Mundomar a large Dolphin & Sea World park. Vergel Safari Park is just 25 mins drive away. Ferry from Denia to Ibiza for a day trip.

Other Activities: Jet ski and boat hire available from Arenal beach during peak season.

We had a lovely 2 weeks stay during August. Kate was very helpful and answered our many queries prior to the booking and was also nearby during the stay in the event of any queries. The villa is of a good size (they were 8 of us for the first week and 4 for the second) and was in immaculate condition and very clean. Aircon was essential during that time of year. Supermarket within easy walking distance but taxi or car recommended for meals out and the beach especially for those with young children.
The pool was great and the gardens very secure for children. Listing of the villa was accurate.Would definately recommend to anyone and hope to stay in the future.
Javea is a very nice area with the beach, port and old town. Many option to eat out and pictureque also.

This is a great family/group villa. REALLY

This villa is just great. It's a fair distance from the airport but that's only a pain when going home. It's very secure, very quiet and very clean. The pool is fantastic, so good we only went to the beach twice with the kids as they prefered staying around the pool. Everything is close at hand but you either need a car or spend on taxi's to get about because all though the beach and bars etc are close, the road to get there has no pavement and it is very dangerous. We wanted a chill out holiday so we just went on big shop runs every couple of days and cocooned ourselves in the villa. Also can't thank Kate enough for making sure we had settled in Ok. Even replied to texts we sent regarding info we needed when going out and about. And apart from a wash out the first two days we got there, the weather was brilliant.
This villa is really Ok for anybody. A chill holiday or a base to move around. We enjoyed it so much our holidays in the future will be like this. No more shared pool. It makes a huge difference to your holiday going in a group withfamily and friends to your own villa and pool. #thank you

This was our first visit to Javea and this villa was even better than expected. It looks good in pictures but is even better in real life. Very spacious with everything you could ask for....and if there is anything extra you need the owners are more than helpful to sort it out.It is spotlessly clean thoughout and well maintined. It's in a perfect location and ony 5 mins drive from the main beach. Very quiet area and perfect for relaxation.All the restaraunts are very good value with good food, the one exception being Scallops!! This place has good food at a steal of a price. I would highly recommend this villa to families who want to be near activity but far enough at the same time!
Owner's Response: So glad that everyone is enjoying our villa, we work hard to make sure our guests have a 'need for nothing' holiday.
'Scallops' has been mentioned, and as they say you pay for what you get! Its ok for a cheap and cheerful dinner, but don't go if your looking for top nosh!

Wonderful property, spotlessly clean, well maintained, very well appointed and furnished to a very high standard - lovely well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Ideal for families as there is a wonderful pool and satellite TV for the kids. Property is located in a pleasant residential area but you definitely need a car as it is located a little way from the beach. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Would thoroughly recommend the property to anyone. There is a very good selection of restaurants at the Arenal Beach and I would particularly recommend the seafood and local dishes.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner on our arrival immediately made to feel at home, the Villa was spotless and well maintained, the kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities required dishwasher, microwave cooker fridge and also some essentials like milk, bread and wine, also provided was a binder full of helpful suggestions on what to see and do.
The BBQ area was secluded and made for great AL fresco dining. The pool area was clean and fresh with adequate loungers and chairs.

Javea itself has enough restaurants and shops to keep everyone happy, I suggest you try Jalousie restaurant, fantastic food and drink overlooking the beach.The beach is suitable for the very young as it has a gentle slope and soft sand.

Recommended visits Denia and El Campello

The only down side to this holiday was the road going towards the beach is not suited for very young or old as it lacks pavements in certain areas, I'd recommend a car to get back and forth.

I can highly recommend this holiday as we all had a fantastic time, There were eight of us with ages varying from the 10s to 60s years of age.
