Villa La Solana is a traditional but modern Spanish Villa, with a private shaped kidney pool, set in mature Spanish gardens, several terraces for sunbathing and a separate barbeque and dining area seating six people. The Villa is five minutes away by car to the main golden sandy beaches of Arenal, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and small shops. There is also a supermarket within walking distance of the Villa. The biggest attraction is the privacy of the Villa. If you like your own space with facility of restaurants and bars nearby, this is the perfect location for you.

Javea is lovely small town situated on the coast of the Costa Blanca, and within one hours drive from either Alicante Airport or Valencia Airport. The area has sandy beaches with three specific areas.The Port Area, with daily fish market, restaurants bars, and shops. The Arenal beach, an area to promenade with bars, restaurants, and clubs for the young and the young at heart. The Old Town, with a daily market, church, shops and restaurants. There is also a nine hole Golf Course within 5 minutes drive from the Villa, and for those who like to walk, a natural park called the Montgo is also very near. It is also possible to get a train to Valencia, which takes about 40 minutes. The area's of Denia, Moriaria, and Calpe are very near by car.
