Photos and Description of this Javea holiday villa Attractive villa for ADULTS ONLY offering tranquility and relaxation.

Los Olivos has real Spanish character in its design and architectural features and has a comfortable furnished interior ideal for a relaxing summer villa holiday. The villa is all on one level & the large arched covered terrace (naya) runs the full length of the property. The naya leads into a spacious lounge/dining room. From here, a door opens into a large walled courtyard, with a lemon tree and attractive plants; a place which gives you total privacy for sunbathing and relaxation. On the other side of the dining area is the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and the other with twin beds) bathroom and a shower room en suite with the main bedroom. Adjacent to the naya is the large private pool surrounded by terracing at the same level, with an open sided casita for shade if needed. The pretty garden featuring palms and olive trees is enclosed and electronically gated for maximum seclusion and privacy. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 4 adults.

The villa is in the area of Javea known as Los Tosals, 1.5 kms from the old town centre. It is an area much favoured by residents due to its proximity to the town centre, southerly orientation and views of Montgo. Properties here are on large plots of ground, discreetly separated by meandering lanes & all gated and enclosed to provide maximum privacy. This is not an urbanisation as such but rather a collection of substantial, mainly residential properties set in mature gardens. The nearest bar/ restaurant is 700 metres away (10 minute walk) and you can walk into the fascinating historic centre of Javea within 25 minutes. Several restaurants are within a five min drive of the property and many more within ten mins. The main Arenal (sandy) beach is 6.5 kms from Los Olivos but several pebble beaches and coves are 3.5 kms away. The Marina and attractive port area with shops, bars and restaurants is 3.5 Kms from the villa or a ten minute drive.

'We have just returned from your beautiful villa and need to tell you that it was (out of all the villas we have stayed in) without doubt the most relaxing and perfect stay we have ever had'.

'Your villa was lovely. The directions were all very good and the ladies at Vacation Villas were very helpful. Also, I hadn't realised there would be a welcome package of food so that was a very nice surprise! We have stayed in quite a few villas before (mainly in Portugal) and yours was probably the most well equipped one we have stayed in, plus the photos on your website don't really do it justice.'

From the clear arrival instructions on the first day to the
to the sad farewell on the last this has been one of our
best holidays ever. With a lot of previous experience in
renting villas we know what makes a place special.
Los Olivos has a fantastic garden, pool and terrace
area which is where you will spend most of your time.
Inside the villa is spacious,comfortable,very well equipted
and has aircon in the bedrooms.A godsend in the heat
of july. Javea is a wonderful town with three distinct
areas.The playa, the port and the old town with lots to
see in each. Do explore the old town with its little
squares, its great food market, antique shops and
restaurants. I know its a cliche but Los Olivos was like
a home from home. We intend to return.

Best holiday ever which is why we keep returning

Los Olivos was better this time as the girls weren't with us! Best holiday ever helped by the fact that the weather was brilliant for the whole week. And there is nothing you can do to make it better. The feeling we get after going out for supper and then returning to the haven that is Los Olivos is amazing. It is so comfortable and peaceful.

I do hope that you are going out there soon With the sun shining on the pool, the hibiscus growing up against the hedge and that amazing palm tree against the blue sky, it is simply unbeatable.

Privacy and peace

We, an older couple who have been coming to Javea for over 10 years, have at last found the perfect villa. It was spacious very clean, clear of ants and mosquitoes, well as much as possible. The pool was large and very clean. The villa has views of Montgo, is not overlooked at all, a little tough driving to and from it along winding paths, but thoroughly worth it. Many good value pleasant restaurants nearby, offering 'menu dia'. Tried to book this year, but were a bit late. It's already booked up! I am not surprised.
