A beautiful air conditioned rustic style villa with heated private pool situated on the gentle slopes of the Montgo mountain with lovely views over orange groves, old town and sea. Very quiet and private but within walking distance of Javea old town, which has many shops, an indoor market as well as a weekly market and many bars, and restaurants. With a reputation as a friendly family resort, Javea possesses a long and respected history. The landscape ranges from rugged mountains to sandy coastlines and many see Javea as the gem of the Costa Blanca's 200 mile sun-blessed coastline. Retaining its distinctly Spanish flavour the attractive old town, with its tapas bars, blend comfortably with the more modern seafront and its array of shops, bars and restaurants below. With its arches in local Tosca stone, black grills and large Gothic windows, Javea has a museum not far from the fortress church and an indoor market where fresh fruit, vegetables, fish and meat are sold. Golf courses are close to hand, and water sports nearby. Riding, tennis.... so much on offer! - The surrounding countryside is well worth exploring and a car in Spain is a necessity. The owners can arrange car hire for you if needed.
