On two levels, this exclusive villa is ideal for two families traveling together. Tastefully furnished, the upper level has one double bedroom ensuite, one twin bedroom ensuite, guest toilet and shower, open plan lounge, modern kitchen, (with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher), dining room, glazed naya and large outside veranda. The lower level, with separate entrance, has one double bedroom with en suite shower room, one twin room, one single room and a family bathroom with separate shower. On this level is a second, modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, a bar (with TV) and a large games room with pool table and 42in plasma TV. Air-con in all bedrooms, ceiling fans in all other rooms. Satellite TV (sky package). Fully fitted utility room. Fully alarmed. Internet. Large terraced garden with large outdoor pool,(not fenced). Very private location. Portable BBQ. No smoking inside the villa.

Javea combines great natural beauty, sandy beaches, rugged mountain areas and an excellent climate all year round. There are many good restaurants and bars and a variety of well stocked supermarkets and shops.

Notes: There are two kitchens, one on the upper and one on the lower level, both with the same facilities. The washing machine and drier are in a separate room located on the lower level. There is weekly maid service on Saturdays. Extra maid service can be arranged. There is no pool fence around the swimming pool. There are steps between the levels which are not suitable for small children. Children must be supervised at all times.

My family spent Easter week at the villa and had a wonderful time. The setting is truely spectacular, overlooking a huge valley, with mountain and forest views. The villa is fabulous, and the location was good too. Everyone enjoyed it, and we had an age range of two to seventy six. There are lots of outdoor sitting areas, and of course the villa is a good size and split into two, so whilst spending a week with each other, we didnt get on top of each other. The internet was available on both floors, which pleased those with lap tops.

We didnt get out too much, as the villa had all we needed, comfortably catering for us all, but, using a car there are a number of restaurants close by and a supermarket.

We had a wonderful, relaxing break here and would not hesitate to recommend it. The rates are excellent value. It really is all it says and more. Enjoy!!

Excellent villa!!

Our family of 9 in ages from 16 to 68 have just returned from a great holiday in this beautiful villa. It is in a marvelous setting with the mountain backdrop, lovely views and beautiful gardens a credit to the designer.
The house is furnished to the highest standard and is extremely well equipped.
The two teenagers in our party especially enjoyed the snooker/television room and took full advantage of the internet facility by bringing along their laptop and claiming this room as theirs for the entire holiday.
The villa is exactly as the description on the web site and contact with the owner was very prompt and informative.
There are many big supermarkets just a short drive away
and the beach at Javea is just a 10 minute drive away, though we didn't go far as everything we could need was at the villa itself.
We would highly recommend anyone to experience this lovely home.

A haven in javea

We are a family of nine aged from 5 to 76 and we all thought our stay in this villa was wonderful, with lots of room so that everyone could have their own space and privacy if required.
The villa and grounds are beautifully kept and maintained and we were grateful for the essential food provisions which were there for our arrival.
It was all the little 'extras' which made our stay so pleasant, such as the ample supply of towels, the beach/pool towels, air conditioning - I could go on!
Our boys made good use of the pool, and the pool table and they also really enjoyed a day at Terra Mitica.
I purchased the tickets for this before we went, but on our only visit to MacDonald's I saw they were advertising 2 tickets for the price of 1, so it may be as well to wait until you get there to buy them.
The villa is in a lovely, peaceful location but convenient for shops, beach and sight-seeing.
I would recommend this villa wholeheartedly - as long as you are okay with the steps leading from the upper level to the lower level.
Communication with the owner via email was very good, and all the directions etc. were spot on.
