  • The rental charges include cleaning prior to arrival, , electricity, gas and water. A welcome pack is included.
    Email or telephone your booking request. Your booking will be confirmed when a refundable deposit of £200 has been paid by cheque to the owner. The rental fee must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid at time of booking. Full instructions and a map will be supplied with a written confirmation of your booking.
  • It would be apperciated if you could arrive at the villa after 3pm and vacate on the departure day by 10am in order to prepare for the next guests.However if flights are difficut special arrangements could be made.

The master bathroom has a 'bidet' loo as well as a normal bidet and wheel-in shower and shower chair. The swimming pool is unheated. Pool hoist to enable disabled guests independent ,easy access. This year we have built an outdoor kitchen/BBQ and shaded loggia beside the pool for your greater comfort. and enjoyment.. The terrace is shaded by a long, creeper covered pergola.

The area

Much of Spain in the summer months tends to be parched and arid but this region is ever green due to mountains and a good water supply. On arrival at Alicante airport one is struck by the increasing vegetation when nearing Javea. It is renowned for its superb year round climate, described by the World Health Organisation as near perfect, boasting 320 days of sunshine without the extremes of heat and drought suffered by other coastal regions. While providing all facilities, the area is unspoilt and un-commercialised, retaining the tranquility and warm hospitality of traditional Spain. Perched on the mountaintops are the remains of ancient watchtowers reminding us how attractive this region was for the Barber pirates of old. Further inland, the huertas and vineyards cover the countryside around Javea, dotted with farmhouses showing typical riu-rau silhouettes with characteristic arched porches used for drying grapes to make the region's famous raisins which established the area's wealt

There are bars and restaurants in walking distance of the villa. Further afield different venues for every occasion. A choice of dancing styles from wild disco in Denia and Javea Arenal, to small intimate dinner dance and flamenco are all available. Art exhibitions, concerts, theatre, live music from Blues or Jazz to Country and Western are all advertised in the weekly, local English newspaper 'The Costa Blanca News'.
