Casa Halcyone is a uniquely stylish villa, located in Javea, the pearl of the Costa Blanca. With stunning views from the hills of Covatelles across to Javea and the sea, it is located in a peaceful green neighbourhood yet is still within easy reach of shops, bars and restaurants and only 10 minutes drive into Javea old town, the port area and the Arenal beach. It is also very close to the golf course and 45 mins from the larger theme and water parks of Benidorm. The nearby Montgo mountain and national park offers opportunities for woodland walks and hiking. Alicante and Valencia airports are only one hour’s drive away. The nearest supermarket is 5 min drive away with several others available close by in Javea. The exclusive shops of the Port area are 10 min away and it is a 20 min drive to Denia with its large variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, modern kitchen, dining and lounge area opening out onto a teak-decked patio with Indonesian gazebo.

Javea and its surrounding area is one of the more unspoilt regions of the Costa Blanca. The Arenal with its wide sandy beach, watersport amenities and esplanade shops, bars and restaurants is only 10 minutes drive from the villa as is the old town of Javea with its quaint, narrow streets and old Spanish architecture. The Balcon del Mar area also has some lovely coves with pebble beaches (Portichol and Granadella) and beautiful views with good restaurants from which to enjoy them. Valencia with its historic buildings is one hour away and the Jalon valley and Montgo national park nearby, offer good walking/hiking opportunities. Gata de Gorgos, a town 8km away offers local rattan and wicker crafts. There is a golf course within a few minutes of the villa and horseriding and go-karting are also available in the area. There are several large water and theme parks within 45 mins' drive down the coast at Benidorm.

We require a 30% deposit of the total cost at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday. We also ask for a breakage deposit of £400 two weeks before your occupancy. The deposit will be returned to you in full once the key has been returned to us at the end of your holiday and provided there is no damage to be taken into account.
