The property is a 5 minute walk (literally) from the popular Arenal Beach. Near the shops, restaurants, bars and ideally suited for those who want to go l into town have a meal / glass of wine, stroll along the prom and not worry about driving. At 176 square metres and in a 'town house' style with lounge, kitchen & large patio on ground floor. A large master bedroom with en suite on the first floor together with two further double bedrooms which share a bathroom/shower. On the second floor there is another bedroom with its own wc and shower room plus two spectacular roof terraces. The property is new and is furnished beautifully. The property has a private patio equipped with sun loungers plus a table and chairs for 8. The house looks over the private gardens and fountains and is 10 paces away from the large swimming pool. The house is equipped with dishwasher, DVD, Cable TV, washing machine, air conditioning, electric sun blind. All in a an exclusive gated small development.

Most visitors to Javea arrive via the airports of Valencia or Alicante. Javea lies in its own beautiful bay overlooked by the spectacular Montgo mountain with its surrounding national park. Javea has three principal areas - The Arenal (large sandy beach), The Port with its array of fish restaurants and The Old Town with historical buildings. Within an easy drive there are many other beaches and bays to explore and lighthouses to visit. For those with children a short trip down the motorway gets you to Aqualandia, MundoMar and Terra Mittica - all different but all recognised as great days out for children (and adults). The Arenal beach has a large prom with lots of bars, a regular nighttime market, countless restaurants. The general atmosphere is friendly and very safe. From Javea beach you can go diving or rent a jet ski, motor boat or pedallo.

Golf: Several courses in the area - La Sella is recommended. Reasonably challenging course in gorgeous surroundings. Many more courses around - Oliva Nova, Ifach etc.

Boat Rides: Available from the Arenal and the Port. A really good way to get a perspective on a lovely coastline.

TV Channels: Cable TV is fitted and a range of 24 English language channels is supplied.

Very much as described, this property is fully equipped down to the last detail. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, everything worked and when we needed an extra key, the property management company got it to us promptly.

The owner provided excellent service too!

The children loved the Wok restaurant, just a few yards down the road - Chinese buffet where you choose your ingredients and the chef cooks it in his wok.

We also enjoyed running and walking along the sea front, all the way along the arenal beach and along to the Port.

The weather wasn't great (last week in October) but there are plenty of places to hole up with a bottle of wine and some tapas.

Excellent Luxury Villa

My wife and I took my daughter and her family to the Villa and had a great time. It is in a good location is very well appointed, clean and is ideal for children. From the terrace the children could walk the short distance through the garden to the childrens section of the pool without being out of site. It is within easy reach of the beach and there are a number of good restaurants within a ten minute walk. I would recommend it to anyone.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children
