Views of the bay, the coastal landscape and the local mountain of Jávea, the Montgó. A flat plot of land of around 1200m2. 3 bedrooms plus an office, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, distributed on nearly 350m2. Modern and completely new estate with large panoramic glass front. Elegant Villa. The complete indoor surface is finished in polished marble (floor) and aged marble (walls of kitchen, toilets and bathrooms). Two separate living areas or one single living area with large work and leisure area (office, meeting room, bar). Each floor has its own separate entrance, but there is also an internal staircase. The ground-floor living room has 100sq m, the first floor living room 60sq m. The large garden invites to barbecues. The huge terraces invite to have a cool drink (in the shade) or get a tan in the sun.

This property is situated high above the sea in close proximity to the old port of Jávea. The estate is within walking distance of the fishing port and marina of Jávea following the road to the south to the port of Javea. To the north there is a direct route leading to the lighthouse of Cabo de San Antonio from where you get to the link road between Jávea and Denia. To the south of the property (to the front) there is a view opening over the bay of Jávea. In the daytime you can enjoy the spectacular view of the sea while during the night a sea of lights formed by the lit up coastal landscape offers an impressive spectacle. This coastal landscape is the most attractive to the eye that the Mediterranean has to offer. Sandy beaches covered in palm trees are followed by cliff faces rising from the sea. The property is surrounded by the Montgó natural park with pleasant walking trails and spectacular views on the cliffs falling into the Mediterranean.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Security deposit will be taken (500€ ). Deposit will be returned to full extent unless the Villa or its furniture (ex. flat screen TV) are seriously damaged.
    Villa will be cleaned at the end of rental periode (140€ will be charged for cleaning).
    Pool and Garden maintenance once a week (free of charge).
  • * In this rental period it is possible to rent only the above floor with about 120 m2 (double bedroom with on suite bathroom, kitchen, saloon / dining room, office or bedroom for children, guest toilet, own private entrance, large naya, 3 terraces, stunning sea views...)
  • To book a certain periods: after reassuring the availability with owner in the desired time period simply book by mail and send 15% of rental price to the owners bank account (will be sent to you by e-mail):
    On receiving proof of payment I will send you a booking confirmation - e-mail. 2 Month before you booked your holiday send the remaining 85% to the same bank account. If you cancel your stay I will give 85% of your booking fee back if I can occupy the house with someone else (the earlier you cancel the more likely I can find a substitute for the time you booked).

Excellent location, the house is bright,clean, modern, tastefully furnished stylish decor, and an extremely well equipped kitchen,Incredible views from all of terraces - in fact breathtaking -.
When we entered the house we absolutely fell in love with it.
The owner is extremely friendly and helpful.
Javea is a lovely little village, but car is highly recommended.
I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Excellent holiday experience

Me and my fammiliy have stayd in Javea a lot of places but this was bthy far the best location. Near to everything but absolutely private and quiet. Perfect house in a perfect surrounding. A real pleasure. The rental price is more than fair and the ower is very helpfull and friendly. I defnately recomend it.

Gut mit kleinen Mängeln

Top: schönes Haus, gute Raumaufteilung, 3 Bäder en Suite, grosser Pool und ein toller Blick.
Minus: die Betten könnten besser sein, 2 Liegen waren defekt, Duschhalterungen in 2 Bädern waren kaputt, ein defekter Sonnenschirm wurde leider trotz Zusage nicht ausgewechselt.
Preis/Leistung in der Nebensaison war angemessen.
Owner's Response: 2 Liegen, 2 Duschhalterungen und ein Sonnenschirm wurde von den Vormietern in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Aufgrund meines damaligen geschäftlichen Aulandsaufenthaltes musste ich die Reperatur / den Austausch um 10 Tage verschieben.
Die fraglichen 2 Matratzen sind inzwischen längst ausgetauscht wie auch die obigen Mängel behoben.

Generell bemühe ich mich Mängel sofort zu beheben.
