This outstanding holiday accommodation is within walking distance to the local supermarket which is ideal for buying 'warm fresh bread' and is conveniently situated between Javea and Moraira. Both towns boast beautiful coastlines, spectacular mountain ranges and relatively unspoilt and quiet ambience. Moraira lies in a bay and is ideal for all year round visiting. It offers a wide variety of sandy beaches, shops, restaurants and historic buildings. Javea is split into three main areas, the historic town with its white house fronts and cobbled streets, the traditional fishing port which has its own Marina and clean pebble beaches and the 'Arenal' the bustling heart with beautiful sandy beaches and a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants offering a variety of entertainment.

The villa is less than one hour away by car from Benidorm which has many attractions for all ages, including 'Mundomar' an animal water park, 'Aqualandia' a theme swimming park and 'Terra Mitica' a large fun park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe.
