It has been furnished and equipped to a high standard with all rooms, terrace and pool provided on one level for that perfect family holiday. This stunning villa, set in the prestigious La Guardia Park, has a superb location with several restaurants, supermarkets and tennis courts a few minutes walk away and the sandy Arenal beach, port and town just 5 minutes by car. Although it is a perfect villa for families with no disabilities it has the added advantage of being suitable for the older or infirm members of the family who are unsteady on their feet or who have difficulty in getting around and has been carefully designed and equipped to the highest standard to meet the needs of wheelchair guests who wish to holiday with complete freedom.

Bathed by the Mediterranean sea & sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgo, it is no wonder that the World Health Organization selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity. The villa in La Guardia Park is set in a quiet cul-de-sac amongst other up-market villas tucked amongst the native pine forest. The area offers many beautiful walks with several viewing points which, without exception, provide breathtaking views of the cliffs and coves allowing access to the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. These idyllic bays are ideal for swimming, snorkeling and diving and most have beach bars and restaurants. Less than 5 minutes drive are the lively beach area of the Arenal with the port and old town beyond.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rate include the provision of linen and towels which are changed weekly and full cleaning between lets with all gas, water and electricity. Cots and high chairs are available to hire on request.
    Discounts available for any period over 2 weeks.
    Supplement of £200 per week for Christmas & New Year period.
  • The villa is ideal for large families or for 2 families holidaying together and is suitable for wheelchair guests.
    Although a car is recommended it is not essential due to the villas superb location - we can arrange transfers to and from the airport if required.
  • A 25% deposit will be required at time of booking with the balance paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental period along with a £250 refundable security deposit.

Notes: This luxury holiday home has all the latest entertainment systems – DVD / CD players and TV with cable providing BBC, ITV and C4 / 5 plus some Sky channels. There are outside tables and chairs under the naya for ‘al fresco’ dining and ample garden furniture including sun loungers and parasols. The villa has ceiling fans in the 2 main bedrooms (with en-suite) together with the lounge and dining rooms. In addition there are several free-standing fans provided. Although there is no air-conditioning the villa has been designed and built to be cool enough to provide comfortable temperatures for guests during the summer months. High chairs and cots are available on request. For the comfort of our other guests smoking is only allowed outside on the poolside terrace and garden.

A Superb Location: La Guardia Park is a very green and sought-after area of Javea and as our guests you have immediate access to spectacular walks amongst this magnificent scenery - attractions that other holidaymakers make a special journey for. The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is a haven of peace and tranquility from the summer hustle and bustle, yet within easy reach of all the holiday facilities that Javea has to offer. The grounds of the villa are totally enclosed and has substantial planting all the way round with a range of colourful Mediterranean flowering shrubs as well as a number of individual specimen plants and trees. With around 320 days of sun throughout the year the villa has been positioned to ensure maximum dawn to dusk sun on the pool and terrace and provides an ideal environment for complete rest and relaxation.

Golf: The Costa Blanca has many renowned golf courses of which 5 are less than an hours drive. Javea itself has 2 – the internationally renowned 18-hole course La Sella which is less than 20 minutes away and a 9-hole course which is more difficult than it looks and has superb views of the 'landmark' Montgo mountain. There are further 9-hole courses at Moraira and Altea and a new 18-hole Seve Balesteros designed course at Oliva around 30 minutes away. There are also very good courses at Valencia and Alicante, in particular the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler, for those who don’t mind a drive before a round.

Other Activities: scuba diving, snorkelling,go-karting, quad-biking, bowls and much much more.

A fantastic villa in a quiet private location.

Superb for people with disabilities, especially wheelchair users.

A few restaurants/bars in walking distance and a short car drive away from hundreds of them catering for all tastes and price ranges. Seek out the may menu del dia's which offer superb value.

A short car ride to a number of beaches.

A great holiday had by all.

The Villa was comfortable and spacious with a superb pool and grounds. Some areas required a bit of attention on the outside. The bathroom still has a smell and the parasol is still broken. A few local amenities english pub, Jaspers cheap and cheerful and a few restaurants although some a little expensive. The local neighbours are friendly. A car is absolutely essential as nothing could be reached safetly by walking. Taxis were available but over 2 weeks worked out very expensive if you have a large party and need 3 taxis each time as they can only legally carry 4 people. If you can time local bus right you can reach old town and Arenal beach and port area but they finish at lunchtime for siesta and only one trip in the afternoon, but good fun as they don't speak english. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is ideal.

the villa is very spacious and is in a quiet area. it was clean and well equipped for everyone. great BBQ area. Pool brilliant size. would recommend it and will go back as Javea is a lovely place to holiday with the family. A car is a must to be able to benefit from the local and surrounding areas. Very chilled out place and we have come back feeling like we have really relaxed. It was like 'home from home'.

The villa was very spacious and the pool was lovely but the paintwork throughout was a little tatty and it wasn't as clean on our arrival as we had expected. Some of the kitchen cupboards had diy equiptment in. One of the bathrooms had a nasty smell which stayed for the duration of the holiday.We asked for a parasol for outside so my elderly father could sit outside, one was brought to us but unfortunately wouldn't stay up, we were told another one would be brought over( this was on the second day) and we are still waiting!!! The villa is great for large parties, big families and disabled people but needs a little bit of tlc. We still had a great holiday and the location is very good in a very quiet cul-de-sac . A car is a must though!!!!!!!
