Although it is a perfect villa for families with no disabilities it has the added advantage of being suitable for the older or infirm members of the family who are unsteady on their feet or who have difficulty in getting around and has been carefully designed and equipped to the highest standard to meet the needs of wheelchair guests who wish to holiday with complete freedom.

The villa in La Guardia Park is set in a quiet cul-de-sac amongst other up-market villas tucked amongst the native pine forest. The area offers many beautiful walks with several viewing points which, without exception, provide breathtaking views of the cliffs and coves allowing access to the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. These idyllic bays are ideal for swimming, snorkeling and diving and most have beach bars and restaurants. Less than 5 minutes drive are the lively beach area of the Arenal with the port and old town beyond.

Notes to the rental rates

  • The rate include the provision of linen and towels which are changed weekly and full cleaning between lets with all gas, water and electricity. Cots and high chairs are available to hire on request.
    Discounts available for any period over 2 weeks.
    Supplement of £200 per week for Christmas & New Year period.
  • The villa is ideal for large families or for 2 families holidaying together and is suitable for wheelchair guests.
    Although a car is recommended it is not essential due to the villas superb location - we can arrange transfers to and from the airport if required.
  • A 25% deposit will be required at time of booking with the balance paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental period along with a £250 refundable security deposit.

Notes:

This luxury holiday home has all the latest entertainment systems – DVD / CD players and TV with cable providing BBC 1 , BBC 2, ITV and C4 / 5 plus some Sky channels including Sports 1 / 2 and movies. There are outside tables and chairs under the naya for ‘al fresco’ dining and ample garden furniture including sun loungers and parasols. The villa has ceiling fans in the 2 main bedrooms (with en-suite) together with the lounge and dining rooms. In addition there are several free-standing fans provided. Although there is no air-conditioning the villa has been designed and built to be cool enough to provide comfortable temperatures for guests during the summer months. High chairs and cots are available on request. For the comfort of our other guests smoking is only allowed outside on the poolside terrace and garden.

A Superb Location

La Guardia Park is a very green and sought-after area of Javea and as our guests you have immediate access to spectacular walks amongst this magnificent scenery - attractions that other holidaymakers make a special journey for. The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is a haven of peace and tranquility from the summer hustle and bustle, yet within easy reach of all the holiday facilities that Javea has to offer. The grounds of the villa are totally enclosed and has substantial planting all the way round with a range of colourful Mediterranean flowering shrubs as well as a number of individual specimen plants and trees. With around 320 days of sun throughout the year the villa has been positioned to ensure maximum dawn to dusk sun on the pool and terrace and provides an ideal environment for complete rest and relaxation.

Other Activities scuba diving, snorkelling,go-karting, quad-biking, bowls and much much more.

Golf Information:

The Costa Blanca has many renowned golf courses of which 5 are less than an hours drive. Javea itself has 2 – the internationally renowned 18-hole course La Sella which is less than 20 minutes away and a 9-hole course which is more difficult than it looks and has superb views of the 'landmark' Montgo mountain. There are further 9-hole courses at Moraira and Altea and a new 18-hole Seve Balesteros designed course at Oliva around 30 minutes away. There are also very good courses at Valencia and Alicante, in particular the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler, for those who don’t mind a drive before a round.
