This spacious villa is set out over 3 levels within its own mature gardens which include a private pool surrounded by a large secluded terrace. The master bedroom is situated on the top floor with an ensuite that includes a bath. The 2 further double bedrooms and a family bathroom are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer & microwave plus there is a seperate laundry area with a washing machine. There is a seperate dining area & a large comfortable lounge with a TV, DVD & CD player. On the same level with easy access from both the lounge and kitchen there is a large partially covered terrace with panoramic views of the Montgo mountain & the valley below ideal for outside dining or just to relax on those warm tranquil evenings. Stairs from the terrace lead down into the sun lounge which opens out onto a large un-overlooked poolside terrace. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating & a BBQ. A welcome pack is provided.

The villa is set on the lower slopes of the Montgo mountain amidst olive trees. A beautiful tranquil setting on the outskirts of the typical Spanish village of Jesus Pobre with bars, restaurants, shops & a bakery. The resorts of Javea & Denia are both less than 10 km away. Javea is charming & quaint. The beach is exceptionally clean with beautiful soft sand. There are some excellent restaurants sprinkled around the colourful port area. Water sports & a nearby golf course. A labyrinth of tiny streets & quaint houses form the town area. Denia sits in a peaceful area of the Costa Blanca & boasts a fabulous sandy beach, the largest in the area. Facilities include great water sports & a great choice of restaurants & bars. Famous for its abundant charm Denia still retains some of its character & picturesque look including the quaint fisher mans quarter, cobbled streets & a 12th century castle. Other places to visit include the Jalon Valley, Guadalest & Fonts D'Algar.

Further Details: Some of the many possibilities within a short drive include: Close by are many interesting towns & villages including the historic cliff top castle at Guadalest built by the Moors around 300BC. Most of the local towns & villages have a weekly market and fiestas (festivals) throughout the year. Karting & quad-biking are available locally. Snorkelling and scuba, and various boat trips are available off the coast of Denia & Javea. For the children big & small, how about a day out at one or all of these fun parks. The Aqualanda water park, Mundomar Marine Animal Park & Terra Mitica Theme Park can all be found at Benidorm. El Vergel Safari Park is about 20 mins by car. Golf: There are 3 good golf courses nearby. La Sella is highly recommended (Less than 5 mins drive), & Oliva & Javea golf courses are both about a 20 mins drive. There is Horse riding available nearby. Head to the caves at Benidoleig (about 10 mins) well worth a visit.

Villa Regan reached beyond our expectations. It's a very spacious
and well designed villa offering great privacy and mountain views
from every window. The pool is large and very private. We particularly enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony which afforded a lovely view of the Montgo and far across the valley. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area close to all amenities. Javea town is a wonderful spot for all the family and we enjoyed some lovely evening meals with so many restaurants to choose from. The local restaurants were always busy and it is wise to reserve a table! We hope to return to this villa at some stage in the future. Thank you to Jim & Tam for their kind hospitality.

Villa Regan was everything we hoped for and more. It is beautifully situated and not overlooked by any of the other surrounding villas. It is an ideal setting for a relaxing family holiday and not too far from local restaurants, beaches and shop. My son thought it was the best villa ever as it had Sky TV which allowed him to watch the last episodes Dr. Who! We would definitely go back again and would recommend it to others.
