Over the years we have stayed at a number of villas on the Costa Blanca, and elsewhere in Spain. All are unique and have their strengths & weak points, but Por Que No? is our favourite! The outside area with the sense of space it engenders is just right. the naya is a great place for dining alfresco and afords the opportunity to gain a little rest from the sun (if needed) while others in the family/group continue to soak up the rays. It is well structured for families, even with relatively young children to be in the same area (and keeping an eye on the kids) while enjoying different activities. Lovely good sized pool in the front. plenty of room to park 2 plus cars to the side. Private grounds thanks to the large sliding gate. very pleasant garden area on 3 sides of the villa, a couple of the bushes provide regular perches for several species of Dragonfly. the villa itself shows off its modern construction. reasonable sized & equipped kitchen leads to good sized dining/living room. good furniture, large Tv with cable. 3 good sized, light & airy bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space, a big main bathroom & a good ensuite to the master bed with very large shower enclosure. Air con in all bedrooms & living room. A well thought out & put together property for a great holiday at any time of year. Perfect to focus your time in or use a quality base for further exploration. the immediate area is quiet, residential, though there are bars, restaurants & a good supermarket close by. An easy 10 minute drive to Javea's Arenal area for more shops, seafront restaurants & supermarkets, & of course main beach. Other beaches, coves, small nature reserve etc on the headland where the villa resides. Javea deserves its World Health Organization description as environmentally near perfect & Por Que No? is a great place to stay to experience all it has to offer. Enjoy!......... Chris
