The villa is close to 3 beaches - Granadella is 2 minutes away, Ambola (naturist) is 3 minutes away and Arenal Javea's famous beach, shopping & entertainment area is only 7 minutes away. Three restaurants & a market are also within walking distance. Two championship golf courses are nearby. Tastefully and completely furnished with American kitchen. Central heating with unlimited hot water. The lounge has air-con, Cable TV & DVD. The upstairs is a huge en-suite super king master bedroom & adjacent twin-bedded room. All 3 main-floor bedrooms have built-in closets; two super king bedrooms, one with en-suite bath; the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is another bath in addition to the en-suite. Outside is a 4 x 8 meter private pool with Roman steps, hot water shower and sun lounges for all. A large naya has a built-in barbeque. Besides the many water sports there is also golf, horse-riding, mountain biking, tennis and the best bird-watching in Spain.

Javea is an up-market location where high-rise building is prohibited. There are smart shops, perfume & cosmetic stores, antiques galore, handicraft stores and fun shops for the youngsters. The historic village of Javea is a few minutes by car as is the port area which is especially interesting with many, many restaurants on the promenade overlooking the seashore. You can buy seafood brought in by the boats to the port every day. For eating you are spoiled for choice. There is Many types of Spanish restaurants, English, German, French, Austrian, Mexican, Argentinean, to name a few. There are budget places for the family and fining dining. The villa is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with tasteful individually designed homes and is especially well suited for families. Nearby there are spectacular views of the area can be seen from the seacoast cliffs . Amusement parks are within easy driving distance. Ibiza, 60 miles away can be seen on a clear day.

Mundomar sea world, Aqualandia Water Park, and Terra Mitica theme park are nearby, and an lovely trip to Ibiza from the port at Denia is great fun on the regular ferry service. The church at the historic old part of Javea is worthwhile followed by shopping or Tapas at one of the many eating places nearby.
