Located on the highest point of Mount Montgo being completely private. The villa provides accommodation over two floors to include through lounge dinning area , large extended kitchen. Large glazed in Naya. 3 bedrooms all with en-suite and family shower room. Ground floor has lounge area with galley kitchen 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms with WC. Please note there is no internal staircase, access to lower level is by external staircase. Outside barbecue area with seating and gated child's play area with swings, see-saw etc. 10 x 5 metre pool and extensive terracing and alfresco kitchen area.

JAVEA:Arenal and Port: The Arenal is best known for its unspoiled beauty and Blue Flag Beaches. It is situated in a Bay which has lovely golden sandy beaches and palm trees, along with children's play areas and volleyball nets. There is a Promenade of shops, bars and restaurants, and a small fair for the children in the summer months. The Port is a traditional fish port with a large Marina. A stroll through the port can be a true delight if taken in the afternoon with the arrival of fishing boats.

Nearby area of interest and tourist attractions: Javea is less than one hours drive by car from Benidorm, which has many attractions for all the family. Mundomar animal and water park, Aqualandia a theme swimming park and Terra Mitca a large fun park. Other nearby towns include Moraira, Denia which offers daily boat trips to the Balearic Islands, Calpe with its legendary 'Calpe Rock' jutting out of the sea, Benissa and Teluada all of which have local daily markets to purchase various goods.

La Sella Golf Course in Denia with 18 holes and the famous Seve Ballisteros Club de Olivia with 18 holes are situated nearby. Also 9 hole courses are located at Golf Javea and Golf Ifach in Moraira.
