Villa Marisa: The ground floor comprises of a very large luxury living/dining room with adjacent sunroom from which you can walk out onto the terrace leading to the magnificent gardens, the desirable and well equipped modern kitchen opens up to another covered terrace dining area, plus an opened terrace. There is a bright and spacious twin bedroom suite on the ground floor. This suite has it's own sitting area opening out to a separate terrace in the garden. A full bathroom is adjacent to this suite. On the second level Casa Marisa has a double bedroom with full en suite bathroom leading of this bedroom is wonderful private patio for sunbathing from here one can also reach the roof terrace on the third level offering far reaching views over the valley. Casa Marisa is furnished to a very high standard and has many areas to enjoy at different times of the day, both inside the villa and outside in the gardens.

TV: Cable TV, with BBC1, Sky, Sky sport, etc, PLEASE check with us as everyone will be affected if in future the cable companies are cut by BBC etc. The kitchen has all mod cons including a dish washer, washing machine, micro, fridge freezer plus extra freezer. If you would like extras photos of the Villa please just request.

Perfect Holiday Location and Villa

My family and I stayed in this villa during the summer. We had a superb holiday. The villa itself is very spacious but it was the garden area which impressed my Grandson. There was space enough to erect a tennis net and also space to play cricket. The pool area is beautiful and having the benefit of a south facing garden made it ideal. You do require a car as there are no facilities within walking distance although it only takes about 10 minutes to the beach and an hour to Valencia. There are a number of steps down to the garden area and pool and is not therefore suitable for the elderly or disabled. As usual when leaving Spain I cried and I would have loved to call this villa "home". I would certainly recommend this villa.
Xabia itself is a beautiful place to walk round the narrow streets with pavement cafes in the old Town however the sea front consists of restaurants overlooking the sea - the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. Ideal family holiday destination.
