This beautiful spacious family villa is situated on a very quiet private road, close to all amenities, and only a few minutes from the beach. This villa has a large Glazed Naya with open plan dining area and seating with views, lounge and dining room, a new modern fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one twin bedroom and a further separate shower room, the pool area offers complete privacy with a large terrace a bbq area,it has mature secluded walled gardens and ample parking.There is also a sun roof terrace with magnificent views towards Javea and Mount Montgo.

Further Villa information: The villa is situated only minutes away from the beach, close to many shops and restaurants. The villa has just been refurbished with new bathrooms and a new modern fitted kitchen. Outside it has a large private terrace area by the pool.

Javea: Javea is divided into three main areas, 'The Old town' which oozes ancient flavour and it is both rustic and monumental. 'The Port' born as a fishing community. A stroll through the port can be a delight if taken in the afternoon with the arrival of the fishing boats or in the early dusky evening when you can savour the maritime landscape next to the beach. The 'Arenal' offers sun,sand and sea. Along the promenade there is a commercial leisure complex, the summer nights on the Arenal are lively with it's shops, bars and restaurants.

Nearby tourist attractions: Javea is only 30 minutes away from Benidorm with it's Water park 'Aqualandia', Animal theme park 'Mundomar' and large theme park 'Terra Mitica'.

Golf: The villa is only a few minutes drive away from Club de Golf Javea.
