This wonderful villa with superb swimming pool is set in an exclusive green and leafy area of Javea. This attractive villa and pool has many features that make it special and children are welcome. The large living room has a central ceiling fan and seating for 6. It also has a dining table and 6 chairs. Just off this main room are the 2 bedrooms and spacious bathroom. The double bedroom has a wash hand basin to relieve pressure on the bathroom and a wall fan. The twin-bedded room is next to it also with a wall fan. On the lower level there is another twin bedded room with wall fan. The terrace around the pool is perfect for carefree summer living enabling alfresco cooking and dining. Since last summer the owners have added a secluded covered eating area adjacent to the pool. Shops, restaurants and Javea's sandy Arenal beach are all within easy reach. A car is necessary to fully appreciate all the attractions of the area.

Notes to the rental rates

• Terms - 50% payable on booking and the remainder payable 6 weeks before arrival. An additional deposit of £200 is also payable to cover losses and breakage’s etc. This will be returned in full at the end of the holiday, after a final check. The villa is cleaned each week to a high standard and fresh linen is also provided weekly.
  A welcome pack of groceries and drinks is included in the price. A reduction of up to 20 % has been made to all our prices for the rest of 2008 and the start of 2009.

• This villa is available as a long let in the winter months at reduced rates. It does not have central heating but it does have a log burning stove in the lounge, an electric oil filled radiator for the bedroom and a movable gas fire. For a long winter let the water, electricity and gas are charged separately.

This holiday villa is set in a quite residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac with no passing traffic. It has south facing views over the area. It has 2 main bedrooms and a third bedroom underneath. It can, therefore, accommodate up to 6 people. In the villa you will find all you need for a restful holiday.

The local area

The charming town of Javea/Xabia lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the Costa Blanca. The beaches are washed by the Mediterranean Sea, and sheltered from the continental winds by Montgo, it is no wonder that the World Health Organisation once selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity! With it's mild year-round temperatures, varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and extensive tourist facilities, Javea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village, and is truly the jewel in the crown of Spain's coast. Javea has a fascinating historic town centre that has largely been preserved over the centuries. White house fronts adorned with wrought-iron grilles and Gothic-style windows provide a noble touch to the labyrinth of streets and diminutive plazas. Search the narrow streets to find cafes, bars and restaurants or go down to the port and buy fish direct from the boats to come back and BBQ.
