Spacious detached 5 bedroom villa set over 2 floors (with internal staircase). on the upper floor are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lounge / diner, kitchen and a nice size covered terrace overlooking the pool. on the lower level are two further bedrooms living room, kitchen and shower room. The swimming pool is 10 metres by 5 metres (one meter deep shallow end with roman steps and approx two meters at deep end). Plenty of space around the pool for relaxing and sunbathing plus a cosy seating and BBQ area. The villa also has a roof top solarium. There are 2 TV's (one in each living room) with satellite system and music Hi Fi. Less than 5 min walk are approx a dozen bars/ restaurants, cafes a supermarket and bank Lots more within 5-10 min walk. Several superb beaches within a 5 min drive. Ideal for larger families or two families sharing.

Los Altos is located approx 40 minute drive from Alicante and a 30 Minute drive from Murcia Airport. The nearest beach is located at Punta Prima and is blue flag quality with beach bar serving snacks and drinks. Several other beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive. The villa is located a resdiential area with similar style villas and is just a short stroll to the local commercial centre (shops supermarket restaurants etc). Further restaurents bars and shops can be found in La Florida complex. Torrevieja Town centre is only a 5 min drive. For golf enthusiasts there are 5 superb golf courses within 10 - 25 min drive.
