Our villa “Scorchio” is near Alicante, Costa Blanca, Spain. Located in a cul-de-sac, the villa has comfortable accommodation for 5 or 6 people. It has air-conditioning/heating, 3 bedrooms (bedrooms 1 & 2 are set up as twins, the third bedroom can be set up as a single or double and there is also a sofa bed for occasional use), 2 bathrooms (both with bath and shower), a spacious lounge/dining room, front terrace with table and chairs, and a very private rooftop Solarium for sunbathing and relaxing. The property is fully equipped with linen and towels, and is cleaned before arrival and on departure. The well-equipped kitchen includes washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob. We have multi-channel TV (20 English channels including Sky Sports) and UK radio stations. The shared swimming pool, open only to residents and visitors, is only 40 metres away. This is a non-smoking property, but there is plenty of room outside on the solarium or terrace.

• For stays of less than 10 nights, there is an additional charge of £35 per stay to cover the cost of cleaning.
  
• A deposit of £100 per week is required with your booking. This is refundable in full up to 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
  
• A small damage deposit is requested, fully refundable on departure.

This part of the Costa Blanca is host to many superb golf courses – probably far more than you’ll find in many parts of the Costa del Sol. The best known are probably Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and La Finca, but there are several others including Alicante, El Plantio, Alenda, La Marquesa, Altoreal & Bonalba. La Manga is only about an hour away! We can help you to book your golf rounds and obtain competitive prices (it’s well worth booking in advance if you are planning a golf trip). All of these courses can offer clubs, trolleys and buggies for hire.
