Accommodations: Bedroom 1 with double bed, ceiling fan and balcony. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and a ceiling fan. Sofa Bed for 2 people in Living Area. Large main bathroom is on first floor with full size bath and shower over, WC, hand basin. Second bathroom is on ground floor with enclosed shower, WC and hand basin. There is a third shower on the solarium. Property benefits from security grills on all windows and doors, a built in safe and burglar alarm system. Air conditioning in high season in main living area. Mosquito nets on all windows and external doors.
Ammenities and Town Centres: 5 mins walk to shops, supermarket, banks, bars, clinic, etc. A further 10 mins walk away is a large shopping area with numerous shops and restaurants. Guardamar is 5 kms away, a very pleasant Spanish town with a large shopping area and a diverse selection of bars and restaurants. Throughout the season many fiestas are held in the area. Elche and Alicante 1/2 hr drive away. Guardamar 15 mins drive. Torrevieja 20-25 mins drive away. Mountains only 15 minutes drive away.
Beach: Nearest beach is 5 kms away in La Marina pueblo - white sand, sand dunes, surrounded by pine forests. Guardamar is 5 kms away, a very pleasant Spanish town with all facilities and a glorious beach. All served by local buses.
Golf: La Finca and La Marquesa golf courses are within 10 mins drive, there are 3 golf courses at Villa Martin approx 20 mins way, and 2 around Alicante approximately 30 mins away. La Manga golf course is 50 mins away. A car is the recommended transport.
