The villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedded room and 2 twins. It has mature front and rear gardens. An attractive pool, shared by only 15 villas, is directly accessed from our back garden. Steps lead up to a separate bedroom with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Here there is a secluded roof-top solarium with views to the mountains. 'Oleander' has an attractive, well equipped lounge/dining room with English TV/ Sky channels and CD player, a fully fitted kitchen with full size cooker, micro-wave and fridge/freezer. Outside washing machine. There is a choice of outside dining areas, a barbecue and sun loungers. The villa is a only a short walking distance to the local bars, restaurants and shops. Local sandy clean beaches are 7 minutes drive.

Our villa is in La Marina Urbanisation close to open countryside. Within 7 minutes drive are the fabulous clean sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca stretching for miles. La Marina beaches are backed by sand dunes and a pine forest which provide welcome shade and picnic areas. There are numerous places of interest along the coast including the famous salt lakes and seaside towns of Guardamar, Alicante and Torrevieja. A short drive inland takes you to the historic towns of Elche and Orihuela, and to the mountains beyond. Alicante airport is 20 minutes drive North, Murcia airport 40 minutes South.

Nice garden, pleasant accommodation, good location.
A car is needed for the excellent beach 5ks away. Amenities and good supermarket in short walking distance.
Good value, recommended for those wanting a quiet, pleasant location.
