Location

This superb detatched villa is located on the popular La Marina Urbanisation, 15 minutes drive from Alicante airport and only 3km from the famous Blue Flag beach of La Marina. The Villa is situated in the heart of the urbanisation and is only a short walk from all amenities including restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets. Close by are the busy towns of Guadama, Elche, and Santa Pola, whilst the more lively resort of Benidorm is less than 60 minutes drive. Whilst a car is not essential, it is recommended to fully explore the surrounding area. Note that a regular bus service to the beach runs in the summer months.

Urbanisation Amenities

The Urbanisation has several commercial centres and an abundance of facilities including :- shops, mountain bike hire firm, furniture shops, two leading electrical shops, english dentist, take aways, numerous hairdressers, internet cafés, coffee shops, jewlers, travel agents, taxi rank, numerous bus stops throughout the urbanization going to to the beach, Guardamar, Torrevieja and Elche, phone boxes throughout the urbanization,tourist information office, police station, Tourist Information... For golf lovers, there are plenty of courses nearby. The closest course is La Marquesa situated at Rojales about 5 miles away. La Finca is 12 minutes away, Las Ramblas & Villamartin a championship course are less than 25 minutes drive. The famous courses at La Manga are approximately 55 minutes drive.
