Set on 2 levels, this stunning detached villa with landscaped gardens and private swimming pool is spacious, air-conditioned and tastefully furnished throughout. The ground level has s lounge and dining area with ample seating, dining table and 6 chairs. There are 2 double bedrooms, both having large fitted wardrobes and good storage. The white streamlined kitchen, which leads off to a sun terrace, is fully fitted with everything you need whilst on holiday. There is a hydro shower and twin basins in the family bathroom. A well equipped self contained apt is on the upper level with lounge/dining room, kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. There is a digital TV/radio system installed and is air conditioned throughout. Adjacent to the large private swimming pool with great sun terrace at the rear there is a further toilet with shower and a utility room with fridge freezer. There is a coal bbq and plenty of tables, chairs and sun beds for relaxing and dining.

Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many entertainers working along the coastal resorts with its wide range of pubs and restaurants to meet all tastes. There are many local beach resorts along the Orihuela coast and all have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality. Within walking distance is the fantastic beach at La Zenia and the very popular Cala Capitan beach at Cabo Roig. La Zenia itself is in the heart of the Orihuela Costa with its abundance of shops, restaurants and bars all on your doorstep and you are just a short journey from the vibrant Cabo Roig, the popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre and the Villamartin Plaza. The main town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away and every evening during the mid and high seasons you will find an abundance of small market stalls along the front.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 120 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the property has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local fee of 100 euros to pay on your arrival.
  • BOOKING DEPOSIT: To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 20% of the total rental cost or £200 whichever is the greater and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent either direct to your home address or via email.
    Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros.
  • SUPPORT SERVICE:
    You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of a small essential food parcel on request.

AIRPORTS, TRANSFERS, CAR HIRE AND TAXI SERVICE: TRANSFERS: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday CAR HIRE: Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers. You will be picked up from the airport and your car will be waiting at the villa on your arrival. Similarly you will be driven back to the airport, therefore no long queu to wait and a relaxed journey to and from the viilla. Just got back from 10 days stay in a fantastic villa, everything was perfect, clean, well equiped, spacous villa in quiet area but close to good bars, restaurants and supermarkets, on hot days just lazed around swimming pool and had a bbq, cooling off in the pool when too hot, on cooler days went into cabo roig and torrevieja, good market stalls along front to harbour in torrieveja to pick up a bargain,a good saturday market in playa flemenca which is only 10 minute walk away and takes a couple of hours to get round, barter for a bargain, great chinese at end of road round corner from 24 hour supermarket only 7.50 euros for 3 courses and half bottle of wine or lager, went there on 2 evenings and food was great on both visits, Gena villa manager couldn't do enough from arranging transfers to checking everything was fine at villa, and Anton (villa cleaner) welcomed us on our arrival offering to take us round area in his car to see where things were and showing us how everything worked at villa. Agegroup ranged from 8 to 80 and everyone thought it was great,staff made us feel like old friends, hope to go back soon.

we had a wonderful time at this villa, very spacious, spotlessly clean, perfect location, and excellent villa managers very helpful at all times.
