Large furnished family villa located next to the gorgeous La Zenia beach (2 min walk). The villa is ideal for large families or two families holidaying together. The accommodation is arranged as follows GROUND FLOOR - big lounge and kitchen/diner (overlooking pool) 3 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms FIRST FLOOR (accessed via external stair case so separate and private) - lounge and kitchen bathroom and two double bedrooms plus a huge terrace (accessed from each room) overlooking pool. The garden has extensive terracing plus a large private pool with en-suite 6 person Jacuzzi (permanently heated at 36 degrees) plenty of seating and sunbathing areas plus a BBQ area with basketball hoop. There are TV's in both lounges receiving European satellite channels (including English channels) video and DVD player.

Nearest Motorway: La Xenia AP7 at 1 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 150 Metres

The villa is located on a quiet residential street and only a 2 min walk from La Zenia beach. Plenty of Fab restaurants, clubs, bars, discos casino in the local area. Orihuela costa club (large outdoor leisure complex with 2 pools tennis courts restaurents) plus La Zeina Hotel with gym, spa and indoor pool are both within 5 mins walk (see map) La Zenia beach is popular all year round its awarded the blue flag for its cleanliness and facilities, Lots of water sports on offer, jets skis for hire, surf boards sail boats etc. Both Alicante airport and Murcia airports are easily reached on traffic free motorways. Murcia airport is 20 mins Alicante airport 45 mins. For golf fans there are three fantastic Golf courses within a 5 - 10 min drive Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. The lively Spanish town of Torrevieja is a 10 min drive North along the coast and the famous LA Manga club is a 35 min drive south. Benidorm is 1 hour and 15 mins.

Just a few words to express our pleasure and delight with the villa at 361 C/Mayor, LA Zenia that we rented for the week in September 2006.We all thought that the accommodation and location was excellent. The villa was spacious and well kept and the facilities were very clean and well maintained. The proximity to La Zenia beach was especially enjoyed by us all, and I would certainly recommend this Villa without reservation to any prospective holidaymaker or golfer.
