This beautiful detached villa with private parking stands in its own grounds in landscaped gardens with specimen plants, sun terrace and a large swimming pool which can be covered during the low seasons. Entry to the villa, which is all one level, is via a sun terrace and into the very spacious and tastefully furnished lounge, and dining room with 2 comfortable settees, dining table and 6 place settings. The large fitted kitchen, with utility room, is well equipped with all the comforts you would require whilst on holiday. The family bathroom has full bath, shower enclosure and plenty cupboard space. The double bedroom has spacious shower en suite and all 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The villa is air conditioned thru-out, has a British TV satellite digital system installed for your entertainment. There are sunbeds, table and chairs for you to relax, soak up the sun and dine al fresco.

Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many entertainers working along the coastal resorts with its wide range of pubs and restaurants to meet all tastes. There are many local beach resorts along the Orihuela coast and all have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality. Within walking distance is the fantastic beach at La Zenia and the very popular Cala Capitan beach at Cabo Roig. La Zenia itself is in the heart of the Orihuela Costa with its abundance of shops, restaurants and bars all on your doorstep and you are just a short journey from the vibrant Cabo Roig, the popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre and the Villamartin Plaza. The main town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away and every evening you will find an abundance of small market stalls along the front. Just a short drive away there are 3 superb golf courses. The Villamartin championship golf course, the very challenging Las Ramblas golf course and the Royal Campoamor golf course.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Deposit:
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 200 pounds sterling or 20% of the total rental cost, whichever is the greater and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Receipts, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent direct to your home address.
    A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling in cash is also payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the villa has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry after your departure there will be an additional cost of 70 euros to pay locally and on your arrival.
  • Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros.
  • SUPPORT SERVICE:
    You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of a small essential food parcel on request.
    We can arrange the hire of travel cots, high chairs and other baby equipment, please enquire.

Beaches:: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are within 10 minutes walking distance to the beautiful La Zenia beach. Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Levante and Cala Capatan are also near hand. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

AIRPORTS, AIRLINES AND TRANSFERS:: AIRPORTS: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. AIRLINES: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports TRANSFERS: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost.

CAR HIRE AND TAXIS:: CAR HIRE: Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers and insurance. Please enquire. TAXIS: We are able to provide a low budget taxi service locally or to other locations during you stay.

Golf: Just a short drive from the apartment are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be ¨one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. Now, within a 20 minute drive there are a further 8 golf courses recently constructed for your enjoyment and there are plans to design more fabulous courses in the near future. We have stopped in Villas all around Europe, and this one is one of the best!
Really private, and well maintained, and every facility you could want. Very close to all the shops and restaurants La Zenia has to offer
The pool was superb, and regularly maintained (twice a week), and as the walls of the Garden are very high then privacy is really excellent
We would recommend this villa to anyone, couples and families alike

Stayed in this wonderful Villa November 2008. Very secure location with a five minute walk to the Beach. Ideal for a really relaxing and chilled out Holiday. Property was spotless and contained everything you could think of. Two kids aged 7 & 8 braved the pool as it was very cold this time of year but they loved it. We also helped ourselves to the lemon tree for our drinks. Would highly recommend it and would love to stay again some time.Met by Gena upon arrival and she was most helpful with lots of tips.

We arrived at the villa late evening to be met by two of the friendliest people you could wish to meet... Gena & Kevin- who had been and purchased our shopping for our arrival.
The villa exceded all our expectations and you could want for nothing! The holiday was so relaxed and comfortable and the children were in their element!!! it was great being able to sit on the terrace and watch them in the pool, even in the evening as the pool and outdoor area is very well lit and nothing could have beaten that 'chilled out' feeling seeing the kids enjoy themselves whilst we enjoyed a sangria or two (with the fruit from the grounds trees... lemons and oranges) on the patio!
The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fantastic and the whole experience amazing!!! The children have already asked if they can go back for our next holiday.
Our youngest son, Harry has told everyone "its the best holiday, i've ever had".

This villa should not be missed. An immaculately clean and well laid out property that caters for everyones needs... its in a great location being 10 minutes walk to the beach and a 7 minute walk to the fantastic supermarket nearby.There are some lovely restaurants , should you wish to eat out- but the kitchen is so well equipt that you could easily fill the fridge/ freezer and not leave your property if you didn't want to!!
We will definitely be returning to this marvellous villa as soon as we can!!!!!

this villa is excellent, it is situated on a very quiet avenue and is well-maintained, it is also very secure with alarm and surrounded by a high wall and electronic entrance for cars.there is room for at least six on the side drive.
walk for a short distance and there are banks, restaurants,bars and supermarkets.
i would recommend this villa to anyone, if you want to chill out or have it lively there is plenty for everyone.
the owners go out of their way to make the stay as perfect as they can..
