This very nice townhouse is situated within a well maintained urbanization with 2 great communal pools only a few metres walk with one in sight of the house, making it an ideal holiday home. The open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen is on the ground level with covered utility beyond. A cloakroom with washbasin is also on this level. Both the twin and master bedrooms are on the upper level with the master having its own private balcony. The family bathroom has shower enclosure and good storage space. For your comfort and entertainment, the house is fitted with air conditioning throughout and an English digital tv system. The large and secure sun terrace is an ideal area for children and boasts ornate stone table and benches should you wish to dine 'al fresco' or soak up our Spanish sun relaxing on the sun loungers. Both La Zenia and Cabo Roig are within easy walking distance.

La Zenia is within walking distance of all local amenities with its large Consum supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars. There are numerous beaches on the Orihuela Costa and the beautiful beach of La Zenia with good amenities and sunbeds is within 15 min walking distance.

The ´stretch´of Cabo Roig, which provides a vibrant nightlife with many cafes, bars and restaurants providing family entertainment is also a walking distance of 15 min.

There is an Aqua Park where you can have a fun day splashing and sliding and a Go-kart track and these are just a short driving distance.

Also a short distance is the cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja with its lovely harbour, cafes, bars, restaurants, fun fair, market stalls and good family entertainment.

A short drive takes you to the 3 superb golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Royal Campoamor with its newly built sports complex.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Deposit:
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 20% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros. Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent either direct to your home address or via email.
    A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or € 120 in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the property has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local fee of € 50 (based on 4 person) to pay on your arrival.
  • Support service:
    You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of a small basic food pack on request.
    We can arrange the hire of travel cots, high chairs and other baby equipment, please enquire.

There is a sofa bed in the lounge suitable for another person. There are 4 sun loungers for you to relax and soak up the sun on the terrace. For those cooler seasons the air conditioning blows heat and there are duvets available for use. There is no internet facility however there are many internet cafes locally.

Beaches: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are walking distance of approx 10 to 15 min to the popular beaches of La Zenia with their good amenities and sunbed facilities. The beaches of Playa Flamenca, Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Cala Capitan and Levante are just a little further. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 min drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

Airports, airlines and transfers:: Airports: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 min drive to the property and Murcia, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 min drive away.

AIRLINES: Monarch//Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports

Transfers: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost.

Car hire and taxis:: Car hire: should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice and there is availability. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers and insurance. Please enquire.

Taxis: we are able to provide a low budget taxi service locally or to other locations during you stay.

Golf:

Just a short drive from the apartment are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be one of the most challenging in Spain and Royal Campoamor which must be one of the most stunning courses. Now, within a 20 min drive there are a further 8 golf courses recently constructed for your enjoyment and there are plans to design more fabulous courses in the near future. Excellent holiday retreat

We availed of airport pick up and were extremely happy with the service. House in excellent condition, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Also had a large side garden for sun bathing and privacy. Green and pool area well maintaned and very friendly neighbourhood.
There are banks, restaurants,bars and supermarkets a short walk away.
I would recommend this villa to anyone, if you want to chill out or have a lively time, there is plenty for everyone.
The owners go out of their way to make the stay as perfect as they can. We will definately be back next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A lovely holiday, Great People!

We had a fab stay in this villa, from us arriving at the airport (where they had arranged for Shay to pick us up) Gena, Kevin and Shay looked after us fantastically.

I was a bit nervous as always done package holidays before but I need not have been as all details were confirmed with me beforehand and was completely reassured.

The villa was lovely, clean, bright, the air conditioning gorgeous, had good days lazing round the pool and other days strolling to the beach (which takes about 15 minutes). Walked into La Zenia every evening to eat out. Only a small town and as it says very Irish based. The villa is based at the top of a slight hill so would think carefully if you are a wheelchair user. We taxied into Torrevieja (which Gena gave us numbers for the taxi). We didn't actually make it to Cabo Roig.

The holiday was just what we needed, lovely and relaxing. Would definately recommend Gena, Kevin and their properties to anyone.
