This very nice terraced townhouse in the pretty residential complex of Aldeas de Aguamarina I in Cabo Roig. Access is via a sun terrace and into the ground level and lounge/dining room where there is air conditioning and a digital TV system installed for your comfort and enjoyment. The kitchen is well equipped with all you will need whilst on holiday and there is also a cloakroom on this level. Stairs from the lounge lead to the twin and double bedrooms with both having fitted wardrobes and the double having private balcony overlooking the pool. There is a roof solarium with a fabulous view of the Med. There are table and chairs so that you may relax and dine outdoors. The fabulous communal pool is set in grassed surroundings and is a terrific place for meeting others. The urbanization is very secure with key access only and has good parking facility with entry via electronic gates.

The area of Cabo Roig on the Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many pubs and restaurants all within a short walking distance. The numerous beaches on the Orihuela Costa have all been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality. Within walking distance are the very popular beaches of Levante and Cabo Roig, the beautiful Campoamor beach and the large beach at La Zenia. You are also just a short journey from the plaza at Villamartin with over 20 bars and restaurants and the popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre with 3 floors of shops, restaurants and bars and family entertainment. The main town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away and every evening you will find small market stalls along the front. A short drive takes you to the 3 superb golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Royal Campoamor with its newly built sports complex. Costa Blanca is fast becoming a great place to come for family entertainment and to play golf with over twenty five courses.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Deposit: To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 10% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent either direct to your home address or via email.
    A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 140 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the property has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local fee of 50 euros to pay on your arrival.
    Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros.

Beaches:: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are walking distance to Cala Capitan, Levante, Campoamor and La Zenia. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina

Airport transfers, taxi service and car hire: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are Alicante, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and Murcia, a smaller airport offering low budget flights is just a 20 minute drive away. Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday. Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers. Please enquire.

Support Service: You will be met on arrival at the villa and a good support service is there for you during your stay. Should you be arriving out with shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of a food parcel or should you require the hire of baby equipment we are able to organize this for you.
