This fabulous townhouse is situated in La Zenia in a lovely residential urbanization. Sitting on 2 levels, entrance is via a sun terrace and into the open plan lounge/dining room where there are 2 comfortable settees and dining table with 4 place settings. For your comfort and entertainment air conditioning and a British satellite TV system is installed. The gallery style kitchen is well equipped with all you will need whilst on holiday and there is also a cloakroom on this level. On the upper level are both the master and twin bedrooms as is the family bathroom with full bath and over shower. A private balcony leads from the master bedroom which overlooks the fabulous residents swimming pool. There are tables and chairs available on the balcony and terrace so that you may relax and dine al fresco and the residents private swimming pool which is only metres away is a great place for children and meeting others. An allocated parking bay is available should you be hiring a car.

Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many entertainers working along the coastal resorts with its wide range of pubs and restaurants to meet all tastes. There are many local beach resorts along the Orihuela coast and all have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality. Within walking distance is the fantastic beach at La Zenia and the very popular Cala Capitan beach at Cabo Roig. La Zenia itself is in the heart of the Orihuela Costa with its abundance of shops, restaurants and bars all on your doorstep and you are just a short journey from the vibrant Cabo Roig, the popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre and the Villamartin Plaza. The main town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away and every evening you will find an abundance of small market stalls along the front. Just a short drive away there are 3 superb golf courses. The Villamartin championship golf course, the very challenging Las Ramblas golf course and the Royal Campoamor golf course.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Deposit: To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 20% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent either direct to your home address or via email.
    A refundable security bond of 120 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the property has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local fee of 50 euros to pay on your arrival. Should you wish a cleaning service during your stay, this can be arranged.
    Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros.
  • Support Service: You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay. Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of an essential food parcel on request or should you require the hire of baby equipment we are able to organize this for you.

Notes: For those cooler evenings there are electric radiators and the air conditioning units also blow warm air. There is a travel cot available for use although you should supply your own bedding for this. Beach towels are not supplied and you are politely requested to bring your own for use at the pool and the beach. Inquiries are welcome for long term use during the low season period at a reduced rate.

Beaches: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are walking distance to the fabulous beach of La Zenia with its good facilities and beach bar. The beaches of Playa Flamenca, Cala Capitan, Levante, Cabo Roig and Campoamor are a little further. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

Flights, transfers, car hire and taxi service: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to La Zenia and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights is just a 20 minute drive away. Airlines: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports. Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday. Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers. Golf: Just a short drive from the villa are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be one of the most challenging in Spain and Royal Campoamor which must be one of the most stunning courses. Fantastic accommodation, very clean, well looked after property, felt very homely and relaxing.

Short walk to the cleanest beaches I have seen with great bars and restaurants.

This is the second time I have been here and loved it every time and planning to go again a couple times again next year.
