With luxury fixtures and fittings through-out. Designed for two or three families/friends looking to holiday together in peaceful seclusion, sharing the costs. The area is very typically Spanish and not a tourist area. Perched on a hill and surrounded by mountains and vineyards overlooking the very quaint 14th Century “Moors & Christians” towns of Monovar, Elda and Sax. This lovely villa makes for a very relaxing holiday. Frequent fiesta celebrations take place all year. The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful villa and surrounding areas.

The pool area is South facing with the sun shining directly onto the 500m2 patio/pool area from 09.00 until dusk in the Summer. There are several sun beds provided on the patio, a BBQ that lights up at night, an al-fresco eating area seats 10 under the Pergola. There is a hot and cold solar heated shower next to the pool. The patio illuminates at night extending your time spent outside. Opposite the pool is a sanded play area for the children with double swing, dolls house, slide and toys. The total plot is 8000m2 and great for jogging around to burn off all those calories consumed the previous night, a complete circuit is approximately 500 meters. The driveway is 200 meters from the nearest road making it very safe behind the electronically controlled gates and 2.5 meter perimeter see through fence. There are over 20 palm trees of differing varieties giving a feeling of grandeur as well as providing shade from the hot sun.

  • This stunning location (425m2 construction) sits in the Spanish countryside overlooking the 14th Century town of Monovar. The villa sits high on a hill with wonderful views of the mountains that totally surround the plot of 8,000M2. Suits all the family, ideal for relaxing, taking in the suns rays, swimming, child’s splash pool, games room (Includes pool table, table soccer, darts, board games and children’s toys) & its own bar. Children’s play area with toys, outside. The pictures do not do justice to this amazing villa. This villa can be enjoyed Summer or Winter with the roses blooming in the Spring. A romantic or family hideaway. The villa is totally secluded and fully fenced in. It has its own 300 meter driveway and well away from the nearest road. A wonderful setting for a special event or celebration.
  • In the lounge is Satellite TV, video, CD player, Stereo, DVD Player and several tapes, dvds and cd’s for the tenants exclusive use. Leather seating for 12 people with reproduction furniture. The lounge is also a dining room with placemats, glasses and plentiful cutlery.

    Conservatory

    The lounges access the conservatory, which is an extension of the lounge. The views day and night are superb, overlooking the local town of Monovar, with its blue roofed church at the centre of the twin on top of the hill, this is lit up at night. The whole conservatory opens up, making it suitable day and night Winter, Summer, Spring or the Autumn.

  • There are two bathrooms, one with a shower unit the other with a full bath (Shower over the bath). Both have double sink units, cabinets and adequate mirrors and hair dryers. There is another WC, sink unit in one of the twin bedded rooms. Hairdtyers and shaving points are available.

  • There are five bedrooms in all with two double rooms (One en-suite) with double patio doors straight onto the patio area and overlooking the pool outside. The remaining three bedrooms have twin beds taking the bedroom sleeping capacity to 10. There is a double sofa bed in the games rooms if required for another two people. We have toddler kits available if required. There are three main living/reception rooms made up of the lounge, conservatory and games room with plenty of space in each area. There is Sky television with the usual UK channels available through a 2.4 Satellite dish. There are video tapes and a video for your use. A music centre with CD’s and DVD player with several DVD’s available.

External Areas: The outside relaxing area is tiled over a 500m2 area. There is a large BBQ with running water, Pergola that seats upto 12 for al-fresco dining. There is a kidney shaped swimming pool 12 x 6 Meters, outside childs play pool and childrens play area. There is a double swing, slide and playhouse with the toys. The garden at the rear is over 100 yards long. There are stunning views all around the villa. The local towns seen from the terraces are Monovar, Sax and Elda. The rear of the villa is South facing, so the sun stays on the pool area all day. There are fantastic sunrises/sunsets every day/night. There is seating around the garden for when a quiet moment is required. With over 20 palm trees, 10 pines, olive trees, fruit tress and a pomegranate this makes the outside very tranquil and relaxing - just close your eyes and it’s the nearest you get to heaven.. The garden is regularly attended to through-out the year.

Golf: There is a top class golf course 10 km from the villa at Allenda. There are four other tournament courses around the around the area. Monovar will have its own golf course built by 2010.

Centrally Located: The villa is located in the middle of the Costa Blanca. To the south you can visit Granada and the sierra Nevada mountains, Costa Del Sol, Malaga and even Gibraltar all in one day turn-around or stay overnight and come back the next day. To the north is Benidorm (45 minutes) Javea, Denia, Calpe, all about an hour away. Further north is Valencia (2.5 hours) and its orange groves for miles and the Costa Brava. Just around the corner to the villa are vineyards for 25 miles all the way to El Pinoso. You can even visit Madrid and back the same day (4 Hours each way). There is a motorway 5km which is the main road into Madrid (N330). The nearest beach is Santa Pola a 25 minutes drive from the villa. the airport is 20 minutes drive at Alicante. Car Hire recommended.

Golf: There are four other tournament courses around the area.

Great villa to chill out at

The owners, June & Tony really put themselves out to ensure you enjoy your stay at this villa. A refreshing change from just wanting the rental money. They make every effort to get you to go back, which is difficult to resist. They even send you emails keeing you informed about the changes in the area and evey time you rebook something has changed. Great value for money, you won't want to go to the beach, its all here. John, Leeds
