Lower level - 1 twin bedded room, 1 double bedroom and a large shower room. A family room with casual seating and double futon, TV / video, children’s toys/ books. Also a housekeepers room with laundry facilities. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Outside- Upper level balcony and naya with Spanish tiled table for alfresco dining. Lower level- BBQ terrace with BBQ, stone table + benches. Gated entrance to large pool terrace with loungers and gazebo. 10 x 5m pool with Roman steps, pool toys/floats. Very private. For tinies-Travel cot, safety barrier, potty, booster chair, bed rail. Villa towels/linen, weekly maid service, elec/gas inc. BYO cot linen/beach towels.

Moraira is situated on the Costa Blanca, in the east of Spain, good motorway links mean it is only 1 hours drive from Alicante or Valencia airports. Close to Javea and Denia ferry ports with connections to the Balearic islands. Casa Buenavista is close to several sandy beaches but is set away from the crowds in a quiet urbanisation of established houses (no new building). From it's hillside setting there are spectacular sea and mountain views. A large private pool surrounded by an extensive terrace looks down the valley to the clear, turquoise Mediterranean Sea.

Water Sports

Available on the larger of the beaches in Moraira and Javea. Water skiing, jet skiing, wind surfing, scuba diving. Safe shallow bathing at El Portet, especially for little ones-but do take a sunshade as it is particularly exposed with no shade until late afternoon. (We do provide a pop up tent for babies but it is big enough for 2 toddlers)

Fishing

Sea fishing is available in Moraira- tuna, dorado, baracuda, conger, blue fish, spear fish and more... The tourist information board office in Moraira town can help you book or we can help you with the phone number of the skipper we use.

Tennis/Horse riding/Cycling

Tennis available at Sol Park (5 minutes drive). horse riding/ cycling book able at the Tourist Information Office in Moraira town. We provide many leaflets on local activities and how to book in our villa folder on site.

Golf Information:

Many courses available within a 30 minute drive of the villa make it the ideal base for your Golfing holiday. 9 hole course in Moraira 9 hole course at Javea (10 minutes drive) 18/27 hole course at Le Sella in Denia (15 minutes drive) 18 hole course at Oliva Nova (north of Denia) 18 hole course at Bon Alba just outside Alicante (45 Minutes) Green fees payable locally. Club hire available at La Sella, Oliva Nova and Bon Alba.
