Casa Evesham is located in the Paichi area of the beautiful fishing village of Moraira. Located in a quiet road on a hill that provides views across the valley and down to the sea. There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin, a superbly fitted luxury bathroom, plus a shower room, a large lounge with a separate dining area, a glazed naya, various sun terraces and a private heated swimming pool, and a pool side shower. Sleeps 6 people comfortably, extra beds and cots can be provided. The large living room provides plenty of space to relax in the evening and has a TV that receives all major UK TV channels, wireless broadband, video and DVD player. There is a dining area attached to the living room and terrace for outdoor dining. The kitchen is well equipped including washing/drying facilities. There is also a spacious naya with dining & lounge areas with views across the valley. Landscaped gardens and sun terraces provide space to sunbathe around the pool (9m x4m x 2m deep). Ample parking.

Notes: Casa Evesham is a wonderful location for a family holiday. The living areas and in particular the Naya is worthy of note as this provides a wonderful location to watch the sun rise and set. Children are particularly well catered for with the larger than average heated pool which will be heated on agreed dates. (please note the consistent depth of 2m), Also large ball court for football, badminton, volleyball etc, and TV with video and DVD player. Also installed wireless broadband. The villa sleeps 6 as it is but extra beds can be arranged at additional cost. The living area will easily accommodate the extra people. There is also a double bed downstairs apartment available, with Lounge, kitchen and shower room The TV receives major UK channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4, C5, Sky One, Sky Sports 1 & 2, Sky Movies, The Discovery Channel, Sky News and dozens of others.

A great villa for a fab family holiday!

Holidaying with 2 pre-school children can be tricky, but this villa made it easy. Lots of plastic bowls, plates & glasses, highchair & cot provided, black out blinds, safety grills on windows, DVD player, English TV, accomodation on 1 level, ball court and a heated pool with a lilo in the sunshine all day long.

There are quite a few steps outside the villa which did get slippy in the rain, but we didn't have any real problems. Also, double check if pool heating is included for your specific travel dates.

All in all, a good time was had by all despite the lousy weather. My son wants to live there!
Owner's Response: Lisa is right it is important that it is made clear to all "guests" if the pool will be heated or not. Despite that this booking was for 2 weeks commencing 05 September we made sure that the pool was heated on there arrival and as normal at no extra charge (27 degrees) - so we are extremely disappointed to receive our first 4 star rating after 19 five star ratings. With regards to slippery steps we can only advise our "guests" as we do that all tiles will get slippery after raining - David

Exceeded Expectations

First rate villa, spacious and unusually homely. Views are very extensive and you can see the distinctive cliffs at Penyal d'Yfach down the coast at Calpe from the terrace. Naya is a great place to relax, play area at the lowest level of the villa is ideal for ball or court games to keep the kids occupied.

Always plenty of shade if you needed it but equally lots of options for sunning yourself if you preferred. Pool (we had it heated) was excellent and we made good use of the Li-Lo's and floats provided. Heated shower by the pool was a real luxury. Also, I think I counted at least 4 places to sit down for a meal so plenty of space for everyone. Sun loungers and parasols were the best quality we have ever encountered and typical of the thought that had clearly gone into the entire place. Indeed we have never dealt with an owner that made so much effort to ensure that our stay was as enjoyable and hassle free as possible. Folks from the management on site were equally helpful and efficient.

So in summary, we have no hesitation in maintaining the run of 5 star ratings and the villa is highly recommended.
Owner's Response: So far 18 or 19 excellent positive responses. Although we do not encoiurage the pool to be heated in the warmer months we do make sure, if there is a possibly of cooler or poorer weather, we turn on the pool heating immidiatley. It was a pleasure to work with this family - again thank you - David

A great holiday

We had a fantastic holiday, thanks very much. The villa was great, the photos make it look spacious on the web site but even so they really don't capture the size and space of the villa. We loved it, and the pool was the icing on the cake being a generous size and a decent depth. The girls virutally lived in the pool when we weren't out and about.

The villa is in an excellent location, a short taxi ride to the town centre, and a short journey to the beaches. A hire car would be recommended if you stay at this villa. The town itself was very attractive with a good selection of bars and restaurants. The town is very well located with the water parks etc 30 mins away at Benidorm and a trip to Valencia is recommended, just over an hours drive away.

Interestingly enough I realise that Benidorm has certain attractions but when we mention to possible guests that Moraira is "not far away from Benidorm" it gives the wrong impression because Moraira is certainly not akin to Benidorm - dare I say the opposite.

This was my fourth visit to Casa Evesham and again it more than lived up to standard and expectations.

The villa was spotless when we arrived and the facilities were as ever first class. The swimming pool is a wonderful feature of the villa- it was warm, clean and regularly serviced during our stay.

One of the attractions for me about Moraira is the plethora of excellent, value for money restaurants and it was reassuring to find that all the favourites were still there and thriving. For those who love fish, Moraira has plenty to offer.

David Eckles' attention to detail is to be applauded and he always ensures his guests have everything they need. Would I recommend Casa Evesham? The fact that this was my fourth stay in five years speaks for itself!
Owner's Response: This is now our 17/17 5 "star" reveiw. I believe the secret of our sucess is having an eye for detail and and to doubly make sure that everthing is in order when guests arrive. We also proud ourselves that we stand by our claim that there are no "hidden" extra charges

Beautiful quiet scenic villa

This was my 3rd time to Casa Evesham and once again it was a wonderful peaceful holiday.There was 6 of us this year and because of the spacious villa we weren't on top of each other at all & therefore had our own time to ourselves & space from each other. What I love about this villa is everything is so looked after, from the well equipped kitchen (I've stayed at so many villas where there are no wine glasses or not enough cutlery!), to the spotlessly clean gardens & pool. The villa isn't looked over by anyone and having your own pool is bliss.

I would highly recommend this villa (and Moraira) to anyone considering a week or two away, you are guaranteed a lovely quiet week with some great restaurants only a few minutes away, along with a fantastic beach with warm blue sea. I'm now planning to return next year!!
Owner's Response: I was a bit cautious with 6 girls visiting the Villa but Polly as always made sure that all was in good order. Also the blessing was that Polly gave good heed to the booking procedures which I send to all likely guests - this is important to give confidence to both sides.
