Casa Lagarto a three bedroom villa set entirely in its own grounds with a private pool is only minutes from local amenities within a quiet residential area. Facing south west, the villa and curved pool with roman steps 5M x 3M enjoys superb open views, full sun all day and magnificent sunsets beyond the distant mountains. The villa is bright and airy with one double and two twin bedrooms, three bathrooms (two en-suite) all with walk in showers, a large lounge with magnificent views, an enclosed naya with dining area and a very well equipped kitchen. The property is on two levels. The upper level accessed by an internal staircase from the entrance hall or from the terrace/pool area by steps.

The villa is in the residential Sabatara area of Moraira a small and attractive resort halfway between Alicante and Valencia.Just over one hour on the motorway from either Alicante or Valencia airports.. Within a few minutes walk of the villa there is a supermarket, newsagent, bakery, 2/3 small bars, and two restaurants. Moraira village/beach is a few minutes drive where you will find excellent facilities including childrens play area, a fine sandy beach patrolled by lifeguards and many restaurants and shops.

Moraira: Moraira situated in a picturesque bay has grown from a pretty fishing village to an attractive and charming holiday resort. The village is only fifteen minutes walk from the villa, it has a fine sandy beach, a large marina, an excellent variety of shops, a weekly open air market and many superb restaurants and bars. There are many excellent local beaches ideal for a variety of water sports or just sunbathing Relax in the sun all day and in the evening enjoy a meal or drink round the pool or at one of the local restaurants, in Autumn or Winter enjoy the sun all day and relax by an open log fire in the evening.

The Costa Blanca: Moraira is the perfect place from which to enjoy this part of the Costa Blanca, there are many places to visit along the coast. Javea has a lovely old town, a fine beach, a fishing harbour, restaurants and golf course. Denia has a lovely marina and a beautiful tree lined main shopping street. Calpe renowned for the fish restaurants near the harbour, fine sandy beaches. Inland you will find the beautiful Jalon Valley, the historic town of Guadalest, the Algar Waterfall and many typically Spanish villages.

Golf Information: There are many golf courses within the area: 9 hole course in Moraira (San Jaime) 9 hole course at Javea (10 mins drive) 18/27 hole course at le Sella in Denia (20mins drive)

We had a great time in Moraira, you have a lovely home and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The children loved the pool and both real water babies at the end of our stay. Moraira is such a nice relaxed place, we will return.(June / July 2005)
We had a wonderful time, your villa was great, especially the pool area and wonderful views (August 2006)

We had a great holiday. Your villa is lovely, well maintained with everything we could possibly need. The pool is lovely with superb views and so peaceful and relaxing. We would love to come again and would definately recommend it. Sept. 2008.-
