Detached villa with own pool and air con overlooking the sea.

The detached private air conditioned villa is situated in a quiet cul de sac only 4 km's from Moraira and 5km's from Calpe. The nearest beach is less than a 10 min walk with Bank, supermarket and hairdressers at the bottom of the road. The villa consists of 3 double beds, 1 twin bedroom and 1 large room with 3 single beds. Sky TV is available upstairs and down, along with videos and a computer with Internet access. Central heating has been installed for those holidaying out of peak periods. Outside is an 8 x 4 meter pool with large BBQ area, and enclosed garden which makes the children easy to monitor as the pool area can be secured by gates . We have tried to ensure there is plenty to keep the children occupied whilst the parents can relax!! Fishing rods along with all other fishing necessities are available should the kids want to stroll down to the local beach on there own. Terra Mitica is a mere 30 minute drive for a terrific day out for all the family.

The villa is situated in a small urbanisation called 'Buenavista'. This is 4 km's from Moraira and 6 km's from Calpe. The villa itself is set back in a small cul de sac so is very secure for children. We have installed gates on each access so toddlers can be kept in the desired areas. The area is called the garden of Spain and is truly relaxing and peaceful. The world health organisation has proclaimed that the Moraira, Javea and Denia peninsula known as the Marina Alta has 'one of the most environmentally perfect climates in the world.' The village itself with its picturesque marina and daily markets, the quaint churches, squares and back streets bursting with shops, bars, wonderful restaurants and markets still retaining their Spanish character are some of the many reasons why so many people choose to settle in this area amongst their welcoming Spanish and Cosmopolitan neighbours.
