This luxury villa is set in the exclusive area of Benimeit, Moraira. A private holiday home which is treasured by the owners and has recently been refurnished to a very high standard. It is excellent value compared to rates charged for other properties of this size and offering the facilities and stunning views of the Moraira Valley and Sea. A spacious south facing two storey hillside villa which has a luxury Jacuzzi and enjoys the sun all day. To really appreciate this villa it is essential to request further photos. Floor size 173.3m2 sleeping a total of 8 people in four bedrooms. A second sitting/multifunction room with TV & DVD ideal for the children. The villa has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two are en-suite. It can sleep 2-8 as the living area and master bedroom are are on the ground floor. Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Large sitting room with fireplace and electric log burner, Sky & terrestrial TV, Video, DVD/CD and Hi if. Separate dining room, leading on to terrace with Patio table and chairs sunshade and barbecue. Master bedroom with en suite bathroom Opens out on to a large terrace. Second level two twin bedded and double bedroom which has a walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. Third bathroom plus a large family room which can be used as another sitting room extra TV room. It has a portable TV for computer consoles (bring your own). The very large Jacuzzi terrace has sun loungers etc. Washing machine provided. The complex has a total of 19 villas which share the large pool. It is for the sole use of residents and guests. Ideal for bored children to make friends.

The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of properties are privately owned villas. There are two beaches. One is in the town and the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet. Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats. Alicante airport is under one hour away and Valencia one and a quarter hours. Mainly motorway driving to the villa. A car is required as there is no public transport near the villa. It is possible to hire a taxi from the town centre which is approx 10 minutes away. Car hire can be organised on requested. Calpe and Javea are 15/20 minutes and Benidorm 25 minutes from the property.

Deposit 25% of total. Saturday to Saturday changeover July and August. Flexible in the low season. Supplement of £15 per person per week in the low season (November - March) for more than 4 people. Car hire can be arranged from Murcia, Alicante or Valencia airports. Alicante is the nearest one. If I do not contact you within 24 hours of you sending an email to me, please telephone either number as I may be away from my computer. At times I am in Spain myself. On these occasions both the telephones are on a divert so I don't miss you. If this is the case the cost of the call comes to me which is all part of the service. Second level two twin bedded and double bedroom which has a walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. Things to do
Many good restaurants and bars. Prices vary according to the establishment. 8 Michelin guide rated and 3 Michelin star restaurants in the area. A couple of night clubs. Children's fair. Marina. Many supermarkets, banks and two internet shops. Nice gift. clothes and shoe shops. The area is idea for families as the town is quite small, very clean and the Spanish are very friendly. There is a small fair open most of the year. In Benidorm there is the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar sea life park. Benidorm Palace is worth a visit for an enjoyable night out. Train station in Teulada. The local wine from the Jalon Valley is an absolute must do.The nearest nine hole golf course is 5 minutes away. 8 other courses within an hours drive from the villa. There is a tennis club in Moraira. Water bikes, pedalos etc. in the town centre and on the beach. International Go-Karting track but suitable for all levels. Card & Board games on request.

A Home Away from Home - With Views to Die For!

Villa Panoramica has very clean, comfortable, spacious and versatile accommodation, and is much better equipped than most rented properties. It has washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, and there are two fridge-freezers (one downstairs), which helps to reduce the number of shopping trips! The washing machine is downstairs, together with iron and ironing board.
The size of the villa obviously makes it convenient for large families, but its lay-out on two floors also makes it ideal for use by two couples, giving ample space and privacy for both.
Anyone who finds stairs difficult can live entirely on one floor if necessary, as the master bedroom (with en-suite bathroom) is on the same level as the entrance, kitchen and living rooms, and has french doors on to the upper terrace. There are two shower-rooms downstairs to serve the other three bedrooms, all of which are spacious, with large wardrobes.
We particularly liked the glazed dining room, from which you can enjoy that fabulous view even when it's too cold to go outside. For winter evenings the electric coal-effect fire in the sitting room, backed up by radiators, gives a cosy feel to the villa, helped by full-length curtains for the staircase and the sitting-room doorway.
When it's hot, patio doors on two sides of the dining room can be opened, and there is a wind-out awning to keep the room cool. There is another, larger one offering shade for the dining area on the upper terrace outside. Both tables, inside and out, are large and there are plenty of chairs.
Downstairs, on the huge lower terrace, is the lovely heated jacuzzi for lazing in. There is plenty of outdoor furniture on this terrace too, including a large table, some sun-loungers and plenty of chairs. Conventional washing lines are discreetly positioned out of the way and there are washing racks too - useful if washing has to be brought indoors.
Nice touches at Villa Panoramica include a large library of English books, and the provision of small, folding coffee tables which can be put wherever they're needed. Some very good-quality, long-stemmed plastic wine glasses (in addition to some beautiful glass ones) ensure that there need be no breakages!
Coral and Ray are both very helpful and Coral always responds extremely promptly to any queries. We felt privileged to be allowed to rent this lovely villa, which has so obviously been planned as a family home, and we shall definitely be staying there again.
