New luxury villa with private pool and air conditioning
Luxury detached villa with accommodation over 2 levels, furnished to a high standard throughout. Open plan, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area for up to 6 people. The lounge area has seating for 8 and a large TV with all UK channels (BBC/ITV/C4/C5) plus Sky channels, a DVD and CD player/radio. The naya balcony is equipped for al fresco dining and enjoys a sea view. Air conditioning in kitchen and living areas. Ground floor shower room and WC. Master bedroom has king size bed and French doors onto sun/pool terrace and en-suite bathroom with full size bath, WC and shower. Two good sized twin rooms, one with French doors onto sun/pool terrace, share a family sized bathroom. Large fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms plus free-standing fans. Sun terrace has a dining area equipped with BBQ, as well as sun loungers, outside shower and private floodlit pool with roman steps. Pool room with utility and laundry area, including washing machine. Linen & towels supplied and changed weekly.

Set in a residential hillside area within a 5 minute drive of Moraira with its many shops, bars and restaurants. The sandy bay of El Portet is 2kms away with many more towns and attractions close by. Surrounded by mountains, green spaces and protected nature parks, right by the beautiful Mediterranean sea, the area has been awarded with the best climate of Continental Europe by the World Health Organisation. Good motorway links mean it is only 1 hours drive from Alicante or Valencia airports. Close to Javea and Denia ferry ports with connections to the Balearic islands (35mins to Ibiza). Benidorm and its theme parks and endless facilities are approximately 40 minutes drive away. There is fell-walking, tennis, go-karting and horse-riding for the energetic and excellent golf courses approximately 10 minutes drive away. Local markets are a great source of clothing, shoes and leather goods and in coastal resort towns nearby you will find many elegant boutiques.

Notes to the rental rates

Rental charge includes welcome pack, arrival clean, linen and towels, electricity, gas and central heating. A linen change on multiple week bookings will be provided. 30% deposit of total rental to secure booking and balance 8 weeks before arrival date. Deposit only refundable if cancelled period subsequently let. A refundable security deposit of £250 required to cover losses and/or damage will be promptly repaid once confirmed by our local property agent. The villa sleeps a maximum of 6 persons who must be listed on the booking form. Longer term lets considered on special terms when property not required by owner. Payment accepted in Pounds Sterling by cheque or bank transfer.

Changeover day is Saturday although flexible arrival/departure days considered outside Summer season, subject to availability. A towel and linen change on multiple week bookings will be provided within the rental charge. Please bring your own beach towels for pool and beach use. The property has steps to the sun terraces and stairs to the sleeping accommodation so may not be suitable for people who find stairs a problem. For the safety and security of our guests the house is protected by a 24-hour security system and includes a SOS panic button facility to call emergency services if necessary. |

Our villa is situated in a quiet residential area, but with easy access to road/motorway exits and nearby towns , supermarkets and amenities. The villa is decorated to a high standard and genuinely offers luxury and comfort along with lovely views of the valley and the sea. The private pool enjoys all day sunshine and there is plenty of space for those all-important sun beds. Please note that the pool is not heated. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer for use by our guests. An outside BBQ comes with the villa for your enjoyment. Water Sports - Available on the larger of the beaches in Moraira and Javea. Water skiing, jet skiing, wind surfing, scuba diving. Safe shallow bathing at El Portet, especially for little ones - but do take a sunshade as it is particularly exposed with no shade until late afternoon. Fishing - Sea fishing is available in Moraira - tuna, dorado, baracuda, conger, blue fish, spear fish and more... The tourist information board office in Moraira town can help you book. Tennis/Horse riding/Cycling - Tennis available at Sol Park (5 minutes drive). Horse riding/cycling bookable at the Tourist Information Office in Moraira town. Golf - Many courses available within a 30 minute drive of the villa make it the ideal base for your Golfing holiday. 9 hole course in Moraira, 9 hole course at Javea (10 minutes drive) 18/27 hole course at Le Sella in Denia (15 minutes drive) 18 hole course at Oliva Nova (north of Denia); 18 hole course at Bon Alba just outside Alicante (45 minutes).
