Casa Vinos is off the straight main road that leads in to Moraira. This is a very quiet location with privately owned villas. There 2 nice bars and restaurant within walking distance one the famous Alcasar bar and restaurant with Menu of the day and Sunday lunch nightly entertainment This is a much sort after villa because of the location. The villa is south facing so enjoys plenty of good sunshine. One road takes you down to the town and beach approximate 3kl. The pool area is surrounded by high greenery so you can sunbath in private, there is lighting for you to use at night so you can use the pool for night time swimming And at night watch the sun set from the terrace. This villa is very popular for families, and people who like a very private pool that is not over looked The views from the pool and terrace are of the vine yards and surrounding areas.

    We are happy to negotiate a special rate for you for longer stays over 2 weeksand especially during the winter months of November till March.
    Saturday is the arrival and departure day in high season. We can be flexible to meet your travel plans especially out of season.
    A deposit of 20% in required to secure your booking and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival date.
    Check in times are 4pm and departure times are 10am in high season.
    Cancellation details --Up to 8 weeks no charge 4-8 weeks 50% of rate refunded 2-4 weeks 25% of rate refunded

Moraira lies in a bay, on the south east coast of Spain. It has the climate in Europe and is Ideal for all year holidays.
