Villa Espindola is located 300 meters from the beautiful El Portet beach in Moraira. It is a quiet residential area about 2 km from the town-centre and main beach of Moraira. here you will find several shops and supermarkets. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, large terrace from where you have wonderful views over the bay towards Calpe, BBQ and private pool.The popular EL PORTET beach is at walking distance from the villa. The way back is up-hill.

Moraira used to be a small fishing town but has grown into a popular holiday destination over the last couple of years and the town has managed to keep the Spanish style of living during all the changes. There are several beaches along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe where you can enjoy a day in the sun, go snorkeling and on some of them you can even enjoy a day of windsurfing. The El Portet beach near the villa is small but very cozy and has a couple of restaurants where you can enjoy both national and international food. There are more restaurants in the town also with different kinds of food. There are also many shops and bars along the towns boulevard. The main supermarkets are located on the outskirts of the town.   • Administration and final cleaning costs will be added to the rental price.
  • Bed linen and towels, electricity and water costs are included in the rental price. Linen change can be ordered upon arrival at our office. beds are made upon arrival, also made by a linen change.
  • On the day of arrival we ask for a € 500 Euros damage deposit which will only be used for large damages and will be returned to you 1 week after the departure date. On arrival day the villa will be ready at 16.00 and on departure date the villa needs to be vacated at 10.00
