Villa Pintor Monet is located in the urbanization called Paichi in Moraira. It has 3 bedrooms on 2 different levels. Top level: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, American style kitchen which has been fitted with a dishwasher, living room and covered terrace from where you have wonderful views over the valley and little sea view. Lower level: 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This room is only accessible from the outside. The villa has a private pool, BBQ area, parking and Sat TV with German channels (the English news channels can also be seen) Supermarket, bars and restaurants are at about 800 meters from the villa.

Moraira used to be a small fishing town but has grown into a popular holiday destination over the years. Even though a lot of changes have occurred, the town of Moraira was able to keep the Spanish style of living. There are several small beaches found along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe. On these different beaches you can enjoy a day in the sun, snorkeling and at some of them you can enjoy a day of windsurfing. In the town you will find several different restaurants that serve both international and national food, shops and bars. The larger supermarkets are found on the outskirts of the town.   • Bed linen and towels, electricity and water costs are included in the rental price. Linen change can be ordered upon arrival at our office. beds made upon arrival and with change.
  • On the day of arrival we ask for a € 500 Euros damage deposit which will only be used for large damages and will be returned to you 1 week after the departure date.
    On arrival day the villa will be ready at 16.00 and on departure date the villa needs to be vacated at 10.00
