Villa K16 is a Spanish style bungalow located in the urbanization San Jaime about 1 km from the Pepe La Sal supermarket and commercial center Cap Blanc and Moravit. At this center you will find restaurants, shops, bars, doctor, bank, hairdresser, ect. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open kitchen, small living room, large terrace around the pool and BBQ area. Garage and extra parking space is available, Sat TV with German channels (English news channels can be seen) and a washing machine. In the urbanization there is a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts and the Bay of Baladrar and sea are at about 1.5 km from the villa. The town of Moraira is at about 3 km.

Moraira used to be a small fishing town but in the last 15 years the town has grown into a popular holiday destination. Even though several changes have occurred the town was able to keep the Spanish style of living. There are several beaches along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe where you can enjoy a day in the sun, go snorkeling and on some you can enjoy a day of windsurfing.   • Administration and final cleaning costs will be added to the rental price.
  • Bed linen and towels, electricity, gas and water costs are included in the rental price. Linen change can be ordered upon arrival at our office. Beds are made upon arrival and with a linen change.
  • On the day of arrival we ask for a € 500 Euros damage deposit which will only be used for large damages and will be returned to you 1 week after the departure date. On arrival day the villa will be ready at 16.00 and on departure date the villa needs to be vacated at 10.00
