Montepark Villa is a Spanish style bungalow in the Montepark urbanization. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large terrace, American kitchen and the use of the communal pool right in front of the villa. The town and beach of Moraira are at about 2 km from the property. There are some restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Moraira used to be an old fishing town but has grown into a popular holiday destination over the last couple of years but the town has managed to keep the Spanish style of living. There are several beaches found along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe where you can enjoy a day in the sun, go snorkeling and at some of them you can enjoy a day of windsurfing. In the town you will find many different restaurants where they serve both national and international food. Shops and bars are also found along the towns boulevard. The larger supermarkets are found on the outskirts of the town. There are several different golf course and tennis courts found in the area as well.   • Administration and final cleaning costs will be added to the rental price.
  • Bed linen and towels, electricity, gas and water costs are included in the rental price. Linen change can be ordered upon arrival at our office. beds are made upon arrival and with the linen change.
  • On the day of arrival we ask for a € 500 Euros damage deposit which will only be used for large damages and will be returned to you 1 week after the departure date.
    On arrival day the villa will be ready at 16.00 and on departure date the villa needs to be vacated at 10.00
