Casa Carmen is a detached villa, built in 2005. With a private pool set in a sunny terrace directly in front of the house, it is the ideal place to sunbathe, swim and socialise, while you look out to sea. The house is built all on one level, so is suitable for everybody including small children and the elderly. The master bedroom has ensuite as well as patio doors with pool and sea views. The house is set in the stunning location of Cumbre Del Sol, an area of natural beauty and tranquillity. Cumbre has its own beach which is 1.5 km from the villa. The villa is furnished to a luxurious standard, combining a Spanish flavour with sleek, modern design. All mod cons exist for your convenience, including Air Conditioning (heat and cool) dishwasher, microwave, digital T.V. with DVD, washing machine and BBQ. Priced low for it's category, you won't find a similar quality villa at a better price. CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. Please note, this is a non-smoking villa.

The villa is five minutes walk from the main commercial centre for Cumbre Del Sol. The centre enjoys the services of several restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. A beautiful, clean villa

The villa was absolutely beautiful and well set out for a family with young children, as it is all on one level. We could sit on the terrace sipping Valencian red, watching the children as they played safely in the pool. The surrounding area was peaceful and we walked down to the Lirios Centre a couple of times, where there were several restaurants and a pub. The beautiful town of Moraira was ten minutes away by car where there were numerous shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this villa if you're after a relaxing summer holiday!

This villa was even more than hoped for and more than lived up to the expectations built up from the description. Alex was extremely helpful and the information provided was very thorough and totally accurate.
The villa was well maintained and clean. We found the area to be really quiet and peaceful and it was easy to forget that it had any neighbours at all thanks to it being non overlooked including the pool area. There were a multitude of good eating places all within a short drive. I would certainly recommend this villa and we will definitely be back for a return visit. In fact if money were no object I would love to call it home!
