This charming villa is located in the quiet 'Paichi' residential are of Moraira village. It is within easy reach of the beach and all facilities. The villa is approached via a driveway leading to the upper levels. This level affords a large covered terrace with views of the spectacular 12 x 6 mtr. pool and summer kitchen area. The upper level comprises kitchen, lounge, dining area, bathroom and a double bedroom. The large fully fitted kitchen has a range of modern units including a 5 gas ring hob and built-in oven, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and microwave. The lower levels can be approached internally via stairs leading to three further double bedrooms(2 x twin single bedded, 1 x kingsize). The large family bathroom comprises an oval corner bath, separate shower cubicle and twin sinks. The magnificent 12 x 6 pool with roman steps has spacious surrounding terraces. The summer kitchen featuring a bar area, double built-in BBQ, fridge, 4 burner hob and lounge area.

The villa is exactly one hour's drive from Alicante airport. It is set in a quiet area of Moraira known as Paichi. The nearest facilities are a 2 minute drive away and include a supermarket, bars, restaurants, car hire and a hardware store. The nearest beach, only 5 minutes drive, is the fantastic L'Ampolla beach in Moraira, set at the base of the old castle. 5 minutes north is the secluded and picturesque beach area of El Portet. Moraira town itself is adjacent to the beach and hosts a great deal more amenities including an abundance of bars, restaurants and clubs. For the gourmet the town hosts the only Michelin 2 star restaurant on the Costa Blanca. The region as a whole is very green despite the low rainfall. This is due to a microclimate, which the World Health Organization has declared one of the healthiest climates in the world!
