This charming villa is located in the quiet 'Paichi' residential area of Moraira village. It is within easy reach of the beach and all facilities. The villa is approached via large electronic gates leading to the upper levels with parking for several cars. This level consists of a large fully fitted kitchen with a wide range of modern units, lounge, dining area, bathroom and a spacious double bedroom with french doors opening out onto a newly extended very spacious terrace. It has views of the spectacular 12 x 6 meter pool with roman steps and spacious surrounding terraces and a summer kitchen area. The lower levels can be approached internally via stairs leading to 3 further double bedrooms, 1 kingsize with ensuite bathroom, 2 twins and a large family bathroom. The summer kitchen features a bar area, built-in BBQ, dishwasher, fridge, 4 burner hob and lounge area. Please note that this villa is fully equipped due to the owners being in residence at the property during the winter.

The villa is exactly one hour's drive from Alicante airport. It is set in a quiet area of Moraira known as Paichi. The nearest facilities are a 2 minute drive away and include a supermarket, bars, restaurants and car hire. The nearest beach, only 5 minutes drive, is the fantastic L'Ampolla beach in Moraira, set at the base of the old castle. 5 minutes north is the secluded and picturesque beach area of El Portet. Moraira town itself is adjacent to the beach and hosts a great deal more amenities including an abundance of bars, restaurants and clubs. For the gourmet the town hosts the only Michelin 2 star restaurant on the Costa Blanca. The region as a whole is very green despite the low rainfall. This is due to a microclimate, which the World Health Organization has declared one of the healthiest climates in the world!

Additional information about rental rates

  • 30% deposit on booking. Balance payable not less than 8 weeks prior to arrival date. The villa is available from 4pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Air conditioning is available at 50 euros per unit per week. There are currently 3 air con units available to hire. One in the lounge which covers the dining and kitchen area and one in each of the double bedrooms.

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in Spanien verlebt!
MIt 8 Personen hat man gut Platz in dem schönen, großen, mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Haus -
man kann gleich beim Ankommen anfangen zu entspannen,
alles ist da! ( besonders in der Küche )
Bei Fragen steht die sehr nette Hauseigentümerin jederzeit zur Verfügung.Vielen Dank für die gute Betreuung!
Der Pool ist ein Traum - soo groß!
Diesen Winter wird wieder renoviert, so kann man das Haus 2012 sehr empfehlen...
Ab September sollte man jedoch beachten, dass auch die anderen Hauseigentümer um das Haus herum anfangen zu renovieren!

Great holidays in this Villa (Easter 2011)

Hi!

My husband and I stayed in this Villa from 23rd to 30th April 2011 with a couple of friends and had a really nice time. Owner (Cathy) is really friendly and welcoming, her house is a beautiful and sunny place to stay and rest (quiet neighborhood). Very clean and cosy. The pool was a bit cold but we enjoyed our time on the patio : barbecue, dinner outside and Spanish food!

We strongly recommend you to stay here!

Eight friends and one dog enjoyed the time

We stayed in the house for the period 11.09-25.09.2010. We spent a great time there. The house is very nice. The pictures which are shown are authentic. You get here good value for your money. The house is very clean, it has a big pool and one of the highlights for us was the summer kitchen where we spent most of our time. The owner was always very helpful and friendly. To have a car is necessary, but if you have one, you get really quick to Moraira and the beach. The only thing we regreted a little bit was that there is no sea view from the house. There are high trees around and fences because of the neighbour houses, so that there is not so much to see. But all in all we had a great time and would love to come back anytime.
(Sorry for the bad english, we are from germany ;) )

Our stay at the villa

Hello, my wife and I with our five children and nanny stayed for 2 weeks August 2010, we had a great time at the villa, plenty of space, clean and comfortable, it has a graet poolside kitchen which is great for BBQ's etc.
Owner was very helpfull and friendly. Will definatly stay again next year. Thank you

Great Holiday Villa

We all enjoyed a great break at this very well appointed,clean villa.The summer kitchen was brilliantly equipped and made self catering in the sun so easy, a big hit! The pool was a good size with various choices of seating and terraces. Quiet residential location, car necessary as stated. Moraira not far with a good selection of places to eat and drink.The owner was most helpful and we would happily recommend this property.
